My first vehicle with Auto-Mobiles was a 2004 Lexus RX 330. This was a very good vehicle. I paid a mechanic between $1,500 and $2,000 initially to make it a bit more up to date and safe. It did not require absurd amounts of money ever and, not from the beginning. My 2009 subaru however, has been a disappointment. On the first drive home, it broke down as I drove into the bay at a lube and oil service station. Autos-Mobiles towed it to their mechanic to put a belt on it. Two weeks later I get the multiple lamps lighting up on the panel again. I take it to a mechanic and, they produce a list of $7,100.00 + of work needed. Both catalytic converters need to be replaced and, both O2 sensors may need to be along with, the converters. All four tpms sensors could be replaced (not absolutely needed), both control arm bushings need to be replaced, rack and pinion steering needs work since, power fluid is leaking, one of the front strut shocks is leaking oil or lube and needs work. They have also suggested an alignment. The cost to fix this car is very close to what I borrowed to purchase it. The owner of Autos-Mobiles tells me that trading in with him, I lose money, trading in with anyone else, likely to lose money. He won't take this back and put me in something with less problems even though, I wasn't in this car for 30 days before all this mess made itself clear. Honestly, he ought to be looking at the fact that this thing conked out on my first drive away from his business and make the right decision, admit that this car is lousy and put me into a car worth the loan I signed for instead of this one which, is worth between -5,000 to: -7,100. To keep this and keep it running, I am going to have to pay twice the amount of what he sold this thing for. Shabby.

Ryan Thank you for your 5-Star review of Autos-Mobiles. We are happy to provide you the customer service and quality you expected. Thank you for your business.
Car was in such great shape I was offered more!
The owner and his wife where amazing. I saw the car online and went to check it out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The place is not your average used car lot with salesmen pressuring you. I walked in happy and left with a great Audi Q5. The car was such in great shape I had it serviced at Audi Katy dealership and they even offered to buy my car at a higher price I bought the car for. This is a great family dealership with a great family running it. Now I am interested in a Mercedes ML class they currently have.

Used Car Snake and Theif
Bob (owner and salesperson) is a pleasure to work with - right up to the point you decide to not buy the car and have not signed a single piece of paper, but did give him a $500 deposit in good faith. Then he turns in to the stereotypical used car salesman - he will steal and cheat you for whatever he can take, and he did exactly that to me. My bank advised me not to move forward with the purchase as the car (2014 Subaru BRZ) came with too much baggage - out of state title with frame damage reported. Now neither of these issues were disclosed in Bob's advertisement, and he in fact told me the car had a clean title when my wife and I inspected the car and test drove it. He did say something about an issue with the car was reported at the auction he bought it from, but a key point here - he told me it had a clean title. And you know how that goes - you see a car and like it, and you want to make it work. I even paid $140 to “a shop he knew down the street” to have it inspected. They said they did not see anything obvious, but all they gave me was a very brief 4 or 5 sentence write-up – nothing extensive that gave me overwhelming confidence the car was good. And when the bank said don't do it, I got clear headed, and I decided I should not buy the car. I told Bob of my decision and immediately his true character came out. He refused to refund my deposit. He tried to justify this by telling me he magically had two other people looking at the car, and he lost the sale (I guess to both of them) because I said I would buy it. But come on - the car had been on the market for something like 100 days at that point - what are the odds that the time I consider buying it he suddenly has two other people wanting it! And who are you going to believe about the status of the title and the car when $18,000 of your hard earned money is on the line – your bank (who does want to give you a loan) or the used car salesman? To top all of this off, 18 days later after he stole from me, the same car is still for sale on his website and it is still advertised with a clean title! In the end Bob stole $500 from me and my family and put it in his pocket and I got nothing in return. Ask yourself what kind of cold, un-American person does that. Would you steal $500 from someone and give them nothing in return, make up lies to try and justify your lies? Bob would, and he does.

Dear Mr. Finger, We held up our end of the deal and held the car for 5 days as we both agreed. We are sorry you feel the way you do. However, we wholeheartedly disagree with your point of view, here is why? As a small business with a niche market we have policies in place to protect us and our customers. One in question here is: We do not hold any vehicle in stock without a Minimum $500 deposit for 5 Days and all deposits are Non-Refundable. Most cars in our inventory are unique, and we get customers that travel far to buy from us, we provide the Hold Deposit Service as a courtesy to allow processing time, without the car being sold from under them. Our Policy is clearly posted in our office, where you and your wife visited, on our site, where you personally placed the deposit, and on your receipt issued by the processing center. THE FACTS…. Your email on 12/26/2018 “Im interested in your Subaru BRZIs this a salvage title? Either way can you fill me in on the frame damage? Have a MR2 and looking for a change. Need ti to be a daily driver though. Thanks – Barry”). On 12/28 around noon you called to discuss your concerns, then at ~2 pm you and your wife visited our showroom , and test drove the vehicle. A couple of hours later you called stating you want the car, you are pre-approved by your credit union and asked to leave a deposit to hold it. At 3:46 pm on the 28th I specifically asked you, if Credit Union was aware of the History of the Frame Damage and whether they are ok with it. You said you had told them and given them the VIN number as well for this '14 BRZ and they were ok with it. You wished to have a pre-buy inspection done to satisfy yours and the Credit Unions Concerns. You did not want to use credit unions inspection service since it took longer than you wanted; asked for a nearby reputable ASE CERTIFIED shop acceptable by you and the Credit Union. You called the shop and gave them instructions. On 12/29 at 8:20 we delivered the car to the inspection facility. You Called us at 1:41 pm that the vehicle PASSED with "FLYING COLORS" your exact words and asked us to send to Buyer’s Order to credit union for funding. You scheduled to take delivery for 12/29 Friday evening, then called and changed to Saturday morning. On 12/30 you called asked to hold off till Tuesday because of some issue with your bank which you were assured would undoubtedly be resolved. You also asked how to fill our loan application just in case, because you were buying this car regardless. You also mentioned your wife not being happy with you in that conversation. We accommodated you graciously for five days, turned away other buyers to fulfill our agreement. You called on 01/02/18 while we were personally washing and cleaning the vehicle for delivery to inform us that you changed your mind, after all, with some nonsense made up story. You then turned and threatened us to refund your deposit in a week and insulted us with $100 for our trouble. However the very next day you wrongfully disputed the charges causing our hard earned funds to be frozen by the processing company until investigated. They researched your claim for two weeks. We were asked to provide proof and documents to prove we acted in good faith in providing our services as agreed. The case was decided on 01/15/2018 in our favor. Jan 20th, 2018, we received this Unjust review from you all over the web. Frankly the only thing “Un-American” is this shameful attempt to Smear an honest, hard working business' name and black-mail us for ransom by leaving a bad review and disputing charges you knowingly and willfully authorized. God Bless.

2006 BMW 750Li
I recently purchased a BMW and was very impressed with the service level and courtesy of the staff, especially from Bob and Brenda. Being an out of state purchaser, they made my transaction hassle free and provided a stress free environment. They were very good to work with and I would highly recommend them and the company to other prospective buyers. The vehicle was exactly as described from the pictures and information that I had being remote. I really appreciate the efforts Bob took to make this happen and will definitely return when and if we decide to purchase another vehicle. Keep up the great work!

Very pleased to have done business with them
I just purchased a 2013 Yukon XL SLE from here. It was a 6 hour round trip for this so I asked all the necessary questions before going. Everything Mr.Bob said about this vehicle was true. The buying process was very enjoyable, no hassling out pressure. Very pleased to have done business with them. Will definitely call them about my next purchase in the future.
