Vincent Campanella was very attentive, informed and easy

Vincent Campanella was very attentive, informed and easy to talk to. He really listened to my concerns and was able to put me at ease. I dreaded buying a new car, but Vincent made it a pleasure.

My father purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra on April 6th for

My father purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra on April 6th for 39K. Our sales rep that day, J*, juggled us between multiple customers. Everything went well. The car wasn't ready for pickup when the told us. So it was delivered to the house and keys were put in the mailbox. During our interaction with J*, we were never told there was not a second key. Now we are being told that it happens. Second keys are expensive and I would think since this is a Toyota dealership vs. a used car dealership, two keys would be provided even if previous owner didn't give them. There was also a lockbox in the car that our sales rep didn't know about and does not have the key for that either. Up until this we were very happy with the experience, but J*'s response now that we have completed the purchase is disappointing. It has been slightly dismissive and there has been no resolution. A vehicle that is 39k and only a few years old should come with the second key, especially when the vehicle was purchased at a dealership that sells that brand.

My friend and I went to Balise Toyota last Saturday to test drive a new Rav 4, one of 3 cars I had selected as prospects for buying. My salesman, Vinny Campanella was thorough in determining what I wanted and arranged to have me look at all 3 prospects before I selected the Rav 4 LXE which I bought that day! Vinny worked diligently to help work out the details regarding my trade in, adding the extras I wanted and settling on a price I could afford. It was an extremely busy day at the dealership yet Vinny made sure every aspect of buying my new car was seamless , including the new car orientation which he did after business hours on his own time. I am very pleased with my new and first Toyota and especially with my experience with Vinny Campanella.

Overall the staff was very good.

Overall the staff was very good. Jonathan was friendly and positive. He also helped me set everything up on my phone which I appreciated. The other two guys were nice also and did their to explain everything. I do wish we had some time to take a break to step away for some time, though we understand they were doing their best to help and provide additional informational. The finance manager was also kind. Thanks for everything.

After driving the same car for almost 15 years I knew it

After driving the same car for almost 15 years I knew it was time for a new one, not knowing I was going to be treated with such care I went into Balise & spoke to a guy named Vinny Campanella. He was extremely transparent, patient, knew and answered every question I had & never once made me feel like I was just another sale. He took so much of the stress I had prior off my shoulders & by the end of our meeting, still to this day I have never felt better my new car!!! Having an incredible experience is the added icing on the cake, Vinny really did an amazing job providing just that. Thank you so much again Vinny, if I ever need another car you will be the first person I contact.

Worked out a deal with salesman and sales manager.

Worked out a deal with salesman and sales manager. They worked out a price with some errors in payoff and payment. Was disappointed they made these errors and deal fell through.
