NO INTEGRITY!

NO INTEGRITY! Read and listen to all the reviews. We decided not to and give them a chance anyways…BAD IDEA and waste of time! We were at the dealership for three hours on an Saturday and worked with a couple different sales managers(Mike and ?) and one salesperson(Jose). We walked away on the Saturday since they were unwilling to come down to the fair price we wanted. The called and left a couple different emails after we left. One email stated we qualified for a “closing certificate?” Whatever that is and assume anybody that walks through the door qualifies for this since all they had was a phone number and email from us?? We called back Tuesday and spoke with Mike, the sales manager that we dealt with the most while there and he had given us his card, and asked him if they had reconsidered our offer. He checked with his manager but they were stuck on their price. Push come to shove, we agreed to take the price they were stuck on and got in our car to drive an hour to the dealership. Within 15 minutes, we had Jose calling us telling us to come in the next day since there would be a different manager in and then a random number, we can only assume was Mike, that stated they were going back on the agreed offer and that offer was only good for Saturday when we were there?!?! Sayyyy whaattt?!?! We were just on the phone 15 minutes ago with the agreed price. What changed?!?! This was all over $300 more they wanted which would be an extra $600 for us since they wouldn’t come down to our original offered price. Lost all trust with this dealership. Wouldn’t even go back if they offered an extra $1000 off. Manager Kathy in Customer Relations, no need to reach out and discuss since all details are on here and will not ever come back or refer people to this dealership.

Brianna was very pleasant and helped make sure I got into

Brianna was very pleasant and helped make sure I got into the car I really wanted she was very proficient and I felt very comfortable working with her! I'm extremely happy with my brand new Camry and she's the one to thank along with Mike of course who I've worked with prior and is also very amazing!

Had a deal put a deposit down.

Had a deal put a deposit down. Came to the end sales manager changes. Price changes deal. Very disappointed. Very dishonest sales management. Be very careful. Still bought the RAV4 but did get screwed on price. Not the deal. The first sales manager agreed to staff is excellent management sketchy like . Have no idea how they can take advantage of the elderly and look themselves in the mirror. Hope they enjoy their bonuses. Merry Christmas!

Made an appointment on line to see a used Acura, arrived

Made an appointment on line to see a used Acura, arrived and our sale person was great ( Marquis) after a test drive and then test driving a Mazda we agreed upon a fair price and trade for the Acura, all good. The finance department was another story the rep ( believe his name was Jrey or something like that offered me 9%!! My credit score is over 800 and I was putting down 5K. When I showed him an email from Balise Toyota ( his dealership! offering a much lower rate of 6.24% he denied knowing anything about it...and tried getting me to take his offer and refinancing at my bank!!!! This guy is unprofessional and a clown who has no business dealing with the public... I asked to speak to his manager and he said that he was busy... At that point after spending hours at this place I walked out... My advice to management - WAKE UP!!!

My father purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra on April 6th for

My father purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra on April 6th for 39K. Our sales rep that day, J*, juggled us between multiple customers. Everything went well. The car wasn't ready for pickup when the told us. So it was delivered to the house and keys were put in the mailbox. During our interaction with J*, we were never told there was not a second key. Now we are being told that it happens. Second keys are expensive and I would think since this is a Toyota dealership vs. a used car dealership, two keys would be provided even if previous owner didn't give them. There was also a lockbox in the car that our sales rep didn't know about and does not have the key for that either. Up until this we were very happy with the experience, but J*'s response now that we have completed the purchase is disappointing. It has been slightly dismissive and there has been no resolution. A vehicle that is 39k and only a few years old should come with the second key, especially when the vehicle was purchased at a dealership that sells that brand.
