Balise Toyota of Warwick

I had our 07 Rav 4 serviced this past week at Balise Toyota Warwick. Our Assistant Service Manager Frank Cardinals and the Balise team gave us Great Service. Frank helped us through 2 recalls and worked out the service in a very timely way as we are heading on vacation with the Rav soon. I recommend Frank and the service team at Balise Toyota!

I have been going to other than Toyota dealerships for more than 25 years. I have a 1997 Toyota Forerunner which - if it wasn't for the Balise Toyota service team and Frank Cardinale - would probably have been crushed and used for scrap metal. Frank and his service people were able to determine a continuing problem with my right rear brake - and other things too numerous to mention - which no other service center was able to do. Frank and his service people at Balise have enabled me to proudly drive my 18 year-old Forerunner with safety and confidence. Frank, thanks so much. I will now be a loyal Balise Toyota customer for everything that needs to be done for my vehicle.

Clear, honest, and genuine. Jason is the guy you want. He even spoke with me on his day off to make sure everything was going smoothly.

No hassle shopping, sales person understood what I was looking for. Adam Keister was my sales person, it took me a few visits to the dealership to decide what to buy. He worked with me in the deciding process and at no time did he pressure me or give try to change my mind. In fact Adam helped me he was excellent at giving me the information I needed and communicated with me exactly as he said he would. As a result I got the car I needed, thanks Adam!

We went in Saturday to look at suv's and Jason came over to see if we needed assistance. We told him basically what we were looking for & he steered in the direction of a 2012 Toyota Rav4. After he took his time explaining all the features of the car,we proceeded back to the office to try to work a deal. He spoke with his sales manager & got a very fair price that we could work with. We would gladly go back to Balise to purchase our next car & would highly recommend anyone to go there

I just turned 23 and I have never owned a car in my life. I run a small business and getting to and from work was my biggest hassle. Since high school people thought I was crazy for not having a vehicle. I wanted my first car to be perfect, to fit my needs (hence why I waited so long to get one). Last year I tried purchasing a car from a different dealer but my credit got denied. I spent the past year working and fixing my credit; paying off credit cards and student loans, managing my small business, working a part time job, saving up to buy a car, all while living on my own for the first time. Balise changed the name of the game for me. Transportation was a major issue and I needed a car so my plan was to get a car by June of 2015. So I did. Getting denied from something you really need and want is probably the worst feeling ever so I called a few friends and was referred to Balise. I went online and was Pre-Approved for financing which was almost to good to be true for me. Within minutes I received a call from John Cronin, a sales rep at Balise, who kindly encouraged me to go in that day to explore my options. I call an UBER, I get to Balise and automatically I'm greeted by the nicest people in the world. A beautiful young lady at the counter helps with my request to meet with the sales rep who I spoke with over the phone. Then all of a sudden a very kind and soft spoken man approaches me and directs me to his computer and informs me he will be helping me with all of my needs. And that he did. Sonny Singh was patient, tedious, and very aware of what needed to be done to help me walk out of that place with a car I loved. The process wasn't very long. I test drove 2 cars and fell in love with the second one. Sonny was the greatest part of this experience; the quality of service and help he provided was outstanding. Receiving the Keys to my new car made me feel like a child on Christmas morning and Sonny was like Santa. Everyone there was incredible helpful. From the in-house Insurance rep to the very funny Clayton Zack in Management, everyone there did there best to make me feel happy and well served. Two days later I receive a call from Sonny to touch base with me and see how everything was going with my new car. Everything is going great and I'm enjoying my new/used(only 7000miles on it) 2014 Camry to its fullest.

We went in on Sunday to look at a vehicle we had seen online and everyone was so accommodating our sales consultant Syed Shah was very personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with..he went above and beyond especially as we had to go back today for a loose seat panel..he personally met me at the door and took care of everything!

Balise-my deep gratitude to this Dealership. ALL my questions answered, they are REALLY serious about their customers. A TEAM Of people helped me. I left TOTALLY satisfied and worry free!!! Very happy. Dawn

My husband and I went in last night to trade in my car and buy a used Chevy Equinox. We worked with Jason Modugno. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and did not pressure us to buy at all. The price was fair and there were no silly games or sales techniques. We highly recommend Balise and will certainly come back and see Jason for our next car!

Overall Experience very favorable. Entire staff was pleasant. Very happy with the pricing agreement and delivery of car in one visit. Only suggestion: process was a bit slow-moving. Otherwise my wife and I are happy customers. The trip from out-of-state was worth it.
