If I could give 0 I would. I've had my car two years and am still angry at this place for how they handled my "certified" pre owned purchase. I was refused to be told my percentage rate before I went into the finance department with an extremely anxiety inducing gentleman. He kept repeating himself and not really talking about anything related to the purchase. I never received a second set of keys for my vehicle. Once I got it home I noticed the locks didn't work, there were fuses either missing or blown and a speaker was blown out. They fixed the locks and fuses but refuses to fix the speakers. I should have just returned it because it was within a few weeks I bought the car that I brought it in to be checked over. I was unaware of MY RIGHTS. I will NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE. MY rate ended up being extremely high for an 825 credit score but wasn't allowed to be told my rate until the last minute so I felt stuck. They make you feel stuck. Don't ever go here. I've emailed them multiple times with no response. All they had to do to make it better was give me another key and fix the speakers. I paid 19,000 for a 4 year old car at the time that didn't even have everything right on it. They took advantage of me.

Positive and Negative

I recently experienced very poor treatment . I visited Balise Nissan for two reasons- to trade in my 2020 Rogue and to buy out the lease on my 2020 Maxima. I was treated well for the purchase of a new Rogue but was lied to regarding the buy out of my lease. First the salesman told me I could not proceed with a buyout unless I did it through him (Nissan) and second he told me I needed to do it now since my lease was ending (when in fact I had 6 months remaining). Fortunately there was a glitch in the system and the paperwork could not be completed that day. When I went back the next day with the intention not to go forward with the buyout I learned that the check I had left to lower the final buyout amount had been deposited in spite of the fact that no paperwork had been signed. The sales manager then gave me the runaround when I requested my money back. Luckily another sales manager was on duty the next day. He apologized for the poor treatment I received and he did process a refund immediately. Several days later I received an email from Alex Balise informing me that I would receive a survey regarding my experience. I responded to Mr. Balise's email and let him know of my poor treatment. To date (2 weeks ago) I have not heard from Mr. Balise nor have I received a survey. Needless to say I will not return to Balise NIssan in the future. I have always been pleased with the Nissan product and will continue to use them in the future however it will be with another NIssan dealership.

I was on the search for a decent used car.

I was on the search for a decent used car. My family and I went in to try and find something within our price range. We met CC Coleman. We explained what we were looking for and the situation we were in. Our daughter totaled her car and we had to wait for the insurance company to finalize the paperwork. Mr. Coleman listened to our needs and our concerns and then gave us some options. We left that day and returned a few days later. Bottom line is this CC Coleman is hands down one of the best if not the best people I have dealt with at a dealership. Honest, straight forward, no xx, listened to us and gave us realistic options. No smoke and mirrors just plain ol honesty and integrity You need a car, go to Balise Nissan and ask for CC. You will not be disappointed.

Great salesperson

I am very happy with Balise of Warwick. My salesman Chandler is wonderful. He helped me so much when I leased my car. He has a wonderful personality and helped me with any questions I’ve had. As far as I’m concerned he is a great salesman and a great person!!!
