The sales associate was very polite, knew her information regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and worked with me to accommodate my schedule which had to be changed a couple of times.

Terrible Customer Service
We contacted your dealership almost a week ago in regards to an SUV we had seen on your website. We were contacted immediately by "Tony" however, it went down hill after that. After several calls on our part and finally getting a call from him on Thursday evening at 9 pm, we were told that we could see the call today - Friday. We made an appointment at 1:00 since he said he would not be in until noon and worked until 9. When we arrived we were handed off to another person who stated that the car was in the back lot and she would have to go get it. Really? We have an appointment and the car is in the back lot. We proceeded to wait and wait and wait for the car to be brought up front. We had decided to leave and as we were approaching the door, she approached us from the back and said the car was on the side. I proceeded to say to her that I felt their service was lacking and we were leaving. She then stated that the car was "jammed" in the back and it took time to get it out since it had just come in last night. I stated to her that it was the afternoon and they knew we were coming since we had an appointment. That apparently CarMax really did not need our business and that our time and money were unimportant. She then proceeded to say, "do you want to see the car now"? I said NO. I told her that with it being only a few days before Christmas, our time could have been put to better use than having it wasted by your dealership. We left. Boo on CarMax. There are more than enough dealerships that have no problem wanting to help me and that want our business.
