Engine quit running while traveling on I-85. I was informed by my service rep. (Kim Turner), that upon inspection of vehicle, the engine had seized. From... that point, Ms. Turner took care of everything, filing the warranty paperwork for the replacement engine and arranging for alternate transportation when I needed it. Though my only contact was Ms. Turner, it is my opinion the entire staff of Colonial Hyundai showed the utmost of professionalism. Thanks for everything.

Service took longer than usual. Maybe overbooked. There was no direction on where to pull car. Man working one of your desk was pulling up a blue car and... just stared and waited for me to get out of his way instead of assisting me. He had the desk by the front door when you come in. Just seemed unorganized, not like normal. But I will return out of loyalty to Matt Stevens and Coach Russell. Also the tire rotation is priced kind of high.
Took my Genesis in for oil change and to repair the drivers seat. Drivers seat shifts when going in left or right turns, feels like the seat is loose on... the rails it rides on. I even gave them the TSB that related to my issue. This was 7-28-18. Was told it would be in a few days and would call. Well weeks went buy and I called and they said the part was never ordered! The parts man assured me he is going to put in the order and would be delivered by the following week. No one called so I called them on 9-7-18 and was told again that the part was not ordered. What the xxxx! Is this a game they play to not cover expensive warranty problems? So this time Jake said he would order the part ($2,000+ chair rail) and provided me an order number. We will see but right now their service/parts department gets a failing grade.
