Great service experience.

Great service experience. Nothing is unattended from start to end. Loaner was not possible so got dropped off and picked up again to pick up service vehicle. Great and helpful staff, very knowledgeable service staff, very courteous cashiers. Great facility to wait during the time of service. Everything is unquestionable great. Would have been more better experience if would have been give little more discount. Anyway, looking forward to get nice sales experience when ready to buy vehicle from them. Thank you Ray Catena of Bridgewater.

Excellent Example of Management & Customer Service

I have had tremendous problems with frequent damage to the tires on my Infiniti. Twice, neither Inifinit nor tire manufacturer would take responsibility for damage caused by normal driving. This most recent time, my 3rd tire failed and luckily I was very close to Infiniti Bridgewater location. They were going to charge me for 3rd tire in 3 years when Paul Kemper, the General Manager listened to my frustrations, and generously stepped in to remedy the situation at no cost to me. He listened patiently, was a truly calming influence and exceeded my expecations for true customer service after much frustration before this. I would trust that this customer first mindset would positively inform his management style and staff as well. Thanks Paul!

Great Dealership

An absolute pleasure to deal with this dealership. My sales associate Gennaro Esposito was professional,friendly, knowledgeable, informative, without the usual pressure to from other dealerships.

CPO Infiniti QX50

I recently drove 2 ½ hours from Long Island, NY to Ray Cantina Infiniti of Bridgewater, NJ to purchase a certified pre-owned Infiniti QX50. You might ask was it worth the drive? The answer is ABSOLUTELY!! The buying experience at Ray Catina is like no other. They are the most professional and accommodating dealership I have ever delt with. Working closely with my salesman, Alex Yanes, and the two sales managers, Mark Hernandez and Tim Macpherson, was a pleasure! Alex was very knowledgeable regarding all the steps involved in the purchase transaction and provided excellent guidance! We were able to complete 90% of the paperwork the day before I picked up the car. After a short test drive and signing the purchase documents, I was on my way back to New York in under 90 minutes. Special thanks to Jose Medina for the thorough run-down of all the car’s features! My only suggestion to improve the experience… Ray, please open a dealership on Long Island!

The service department at Ray Catena Bridgewater are always great to deal with. My service advisors Guido and Liz are always very knowledgable and friendly.Service managers are friendly and approachable. My car is alway taken care of when it needs service. A++ Service department
