Being a car guy and a CPA has some advantages - not only am I familiar with engines and options - but also the financing side. So here I was looking for something sporty and luxurious that also stood out from the crowd - the Q50 RED SPORT was the answer. Living in the middle of Morris County - I started my research. I either called or visited the following: Salerno Duane, Flemington, Fette and Ramsey Infiniti dealers and obtained quotes for both 2016 or 2017 Q50 Red Sport models. Some quotes were high, others were average - and after running the numbers in my lease calculator I still felt I could obtain a better deal....Finally, I decided to give Ray Catena a call. I mean, what have I got to lose? I asked for sales and I was connected to Ben Chen. And to tell you the truth, dealing with Ben was the best decision I could've ever made! He's knowledgeable, personable, not pushy and gives you the BEST price up front. None of this "let me talk to my manager bull" - this was the best experience I've ever had in leasing a vehicle. And his price was the lowest by far - no contest compared to the other dealers. Overall, if anyone is on the fence regarding Ray Catena - don't be. Just ask for Ben and you will save hours of research and thousands of dollars in the process.

My first luxury car
I had the pleasure of going into Ray Catena Infinity of Bridgewater and working with Sales and Leasing Consultant Ben Chen. My experience was seamless. This was my fifth car purchase in life and my first luxury car purchase. My experience at Ray Catena Infinity was hands down the best. ? Ben was well informed about the vehicle and helping us to transfer the previous lease. ? He is a gentleman and a scholar. I felt like I was dealing with a professional. 3rd Car from Ray Catena
It was a very hard decision to give up my G35 Coupe that I purchased in 2007, also from Ray Catena, as it was a childhood dream car of mine. I walked into their Bridgewater location usually as a service customer, but this time, as a window shopper. I wanted a car that would take the driving excitement to the next level. Anyone who's driven the G35 Coupe knows how fun it is to drive. I have been given loaners of the Q50 before and although it was a nice ride it wasn't thrilling. Ben Chen, showed me the RED Sport 400, after the test drive it made me forget about the coupe and itching to bring home the RS400. Usually someone who's so eager to bring home a new car would get taken advantage of by the dealership, not in this case, not by this sales person, not by this dealership. There's a reason why I've purchased 3 cars from Ray Catena already. However, each time it was with a different salesperson, I think I've found a keeper in Ben. Ben actually worked with management to get the best deal possible in the shortest most efficient way possible. Less than 2 hours, I had test drove the car, choosen a color, decided on options and packages, and negotiated pricing. It was pleasant, easy, and efficient... I've already referred another close friend of mine to Ben after learning that they were in the market for a new car. Service oriented dealership + Customer oriented salesperson = Winning combination.

A new era in car sales
I just wanted to comment on the best car leasing experience I have ever had. Ronnie Diaz @ Ray Catena Infiniti guided me through the most affordable, knowledgeable and capable leasing experience ever. He delivered my new vehicle at a price far exceeding the dealer I leased my previous Infiniti from and brought the car to my front door. All I had to do was sign a few docs, go over my new QX60 and hand over the keys to my prior vehicle. It couldn't have been a more pleasurable experience with none of the drama typically associated with this often dreaded process. Recent Purchase of Previously owned Vehicle
Remarks of my first time purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Purchased a new M35X from this dealership in 2007, and decided to revisit to see pre-owned vehicles. I was pleased with the amount of inventory Catena had of certified Infiniti vehicles. My sales asssociate was the best that I ever had from previous experiences with BMW, Audi, and the 2007 experience with Infiniti. The key differentiator for me was the level of communication, and not feeling like I was "sold" the car. The sales process seemed natural, and was focused on the specifics of what I was looking for in the new car. They also gave me a fair trade value for the 35X. If you are in the market for a previouosly owned Infiniti, check out Catena- Bridgewater and ask for Ben.

Best Dealer Experience with Ben Chen at Ray Catena Infinity
I was in the market for a new car as my Acura TL lease was coming to an end. I had a interest in an Infinity Q50 sedan. I sent out an inquiry over the internet and was contacted by Ben Chen among others. After trying to obtain a reasonable deal with two of the other dealers, I went to see Mr. Ben Chen and was immediately impressed with the No Hassle approach that this young man demonstrated. His professionalism and knowledge in the vehicle I was interested in was beyond reproach. Needless to say I got a good deal on the car. This was by far my best experience with a dealership.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had !!
This was one of the best car buying experience I have had. This is first time I felt like someone was trying to take advantage of me. John Devoid as helpful. I was considering the QX50 or the QX60, and John was helpful in coming to decision to get the QX60. I have never gone back to the same ar dealership after getting a car, but I will gladly go back here!

Hassle Free buying experience at Ray Catena Infiniti
I was in the market for a CPO infiniti QX80, and was shopping around at a couple dealerships. Eventually, I ended up buying my car here because Ben Chen was a patient and knowledgable salesperson and he helped me a lot during the process. Ben went above and beyond to help me get the best offer of the vehicle, and their manager, Mark Hernandez, kept his promises to his customers. This is the third Infiniti I've purchased from Ray Catena (two from Edison), and I'm quite satisfied with their customer service and overall price.

Exceptionally easy car buying experience!
