Professionally trained mechanic here. Bought a car that this auto store had their techs replace an engine. I checked out the car there were definitely some cosmetic issues but that was fine. Their techs failed to replace motor mounts when they replaced the engine and also didnāt install the dowel pins that align the engine to the transmission, causing the the transmission and clutch to rip themselves apart while bending the input shaft requiring a whole new trans and clutch after only 1100 miles. The tow bill alone was over 1200 and the new trans and clutch was over $7k. Even after sending them the evidence of what happened they didnāt care. I wouldnāt buy from them ever again. Their techs are in my opinion not professionals, nor are the managing persons

Buyer beware. Don't service there cars before you buy the car. The oil in my grandsons car was black. The rep Brett told him he would have to pay for the oil change. The told me when he bought the car in May I would get. 300.00 referral bonus. Never received bonus. Called Manager number 5 times never received a call back. I emailed them also no response. I am filing small claims. Also will let BBB no about this. There motto is sell the car and screw the customer. Scam on referral bonus. Buyer beware Dealerships are a big scammers. Everyone needs to take a car to a good mechanic before you buy.

I dealt with Cruz, who epitomized the lazy, sneaky, outdated car salesman stereotype youād think was left in the 80s. Spoiler: itās alive and well in 2025. I made it crystal clear that I have toddlers, work full-time, and simply do not have half a day to blow driving across town unless weāre even in the same ballpark on numbers. Cruz told me to send photos, videos, VIN, and a full description of my carāso I did, thinking Iād at least get a rough estimate. After all that effort, he flat out refused to give me even a ballpark figure. His only āsolutionā? Come down to the lot so he could try to hard sell me in person. So why have me send all those details if you never intended to provide anything useful? The runaround, the games, the bait-and-switch tacticsāitās everything people hate about dealing with dealerships rolled up into one experience. Save yourself the frustration. There are plenty of dealerships and private buyers who will actually respect your time, communicate transparently, and not treat you like a walking wallet. Springs Automotive Group is exactly what gives the used car industry such a rotten reputation.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!! I just moved here around Halloween and my transmission went out 2 weeks later. I was starting my job in 4 days, and it was Thanksgiving week, so I needed a car within 2 days. I told them my budget, and that I had nothing for a down payment, as I JUST spent everything extra on my move. My budget was $10k. They sold me a car that was $12.5k. Told me it was $11k and didn't notice the price difference until I was half way done with the paperwork. SHADY PRACTICE #1. Then they told me I had to use a credit company to get a down payment, and I told them I only wanted to be approved for $500, as I am already maxed out on monthly payments after moving. They approved me for $2k. I told then I only wanted to use $500 for the down payment. They used all $2k. They told me that 6 months would be interest-free. I have now been charged with $350 of interest for not having the full amount paid off, AFTER I TOLD THEM I COULD NOT PAY IT OFF, AND DO NOT USE THE FULL AMOUNT. SHADY PRACTICE #2. Also just to note, there were a couple issues with the vehicle that they promised to fix, but once the sale was finalized it was almost impossible to communicate with them. I HAD TO GET NASTY WITH THEM!!! SHADY PRACTICE #3. They also tried to hide a dent on the passenger door from me, they pulled it up for a test drive with the door facing away from me, and when we returned to the business they had me pull the car up into a weird position so I wouldn't walk around and see the dent. They're shady AF, I've been debating on making this review for 6 months now but after being hit with $350 in interest that was supposed to be interest free, I'm pissed.
