I ordered a new RAM truck from Mark Dodge, and everything went perfectly, they do a great job and any FCA product I buy in the future will be from Mark. I tried to work with other dealers but they all wanted to play games with me, once I called Mark it was game over for them.

"Great" Service
My last service visit with Mark Dodge in Lake Charles was outstanding, Brad was very attentive, a pleasure to work with. Jereith is an amazing technician, very polite and professional. I would recommend Mark Dodge to all my family and friend.

Refuse to give us a second key fob
We bought a certified used car at Mark Dodge. My mother had previously bought several cars from this dealership. There was only one key fob and the dealership has refused to work with us on getting the second that all other dealerships would provide for a certfied car. This my seem like a small thing but we should not have to spend money out of our pocket for a second fob. For something so easy for them to rectify they refuse too.

Went above & beyond our expectations to help us
My family saw a commercial for the new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and knew we had finally (after a year and a half) found the vehicle for us. This was the closest dealership to us so we went in WITH 3 CHILDREN (they had a play area! ?). Our salesman was named Micah. He showed us a Pacifica they had on the showroom floor. It was not equipped the way we wanted nor did they have one. He sat us down and went over all the options we wanted and assured us he would find one he could swap out with at another dealership. Keep in mind that it's August and these are 2017s. There are not many of them at all and the features that I wanted were not something that came standard. Also, I am not the easiest person to deal with; my husband would say I'm high maintenance. Micah was kind, patient, friendly to our children, and did not push us into a vehicle we didn't want. Before long his Manager, Marsh, had found a vehicle in Texas and was getting everything in order to lock it down. By the time our bank finished all the paperwork for the dealership the vehicle we wanted was sold at the dealership in Texas. I was in complete panic mode and just new I was going to have to order a Pacifica which would take 8 weeks. I was devastated. Long story short, the manager, Marsh, spent 4 days (even came in on his day off) looking for a vehicle for us, all the while keeping us updated and letting us know he's going to make this happen for us. Once he found it he sent someone all the way to Hot Springs, AR to pick it up! I should mention also that Marsh also sent us home in a brand new Durango to drive around while he searched for our Pacifica. The Pacifica came in and I could not be more in love with it. It is perfect for our family. This whole situation could have gone in another direction. It could have been a horrible experience for us, and I'm not going to lie I kind of expected that. I am astounded by their professionalism and determination that these guys had in finding a vehicle for our family. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. Ask for Micah and shake Marsh's hand!

Overbooked Service Dept just to busy
Took three visits. Haven't picked it up yet, but it was expensive and took up a bunch of my time. I'm assuming it's properly repaired. My rating would drop if I have to take it back again.

I bought a brand new car 2015 charger and it needs a alignment told salesman and they tells me they are backed up I have to wait 2 weeks till they can look at it never again would not recommend anybody to them

Terrible service!
I brought my 2013 jeep to them because my transmission light came on and geared us down to 40 miles an hour in traffic. When we talked to service man, we told him what was going on and wanted to have our transmission oil checked ,he told us that it couldn't be checked and told us it was a closed system, he checked with technician and he said they would have to change our transmission, all without even putting it on a diagnostic machine..well we left there and went to another dealership and they checked the oil with a special dipstick and scheduled us an appointment to put us on a diagnostic machine to see what is wrong. I found mark dodge serviceman to not want to be bothered with us..well they don't have to worry, I'm not going back to them and I'm never going to buy with them again. Buyer beware! No service at this dealership...
