I was never contacted about my financing options even

I was never contacted about my financing options even after I applied for credit and not even before. That's not very professional.

LIED TO!

We were given one key at the time of our purchase of a vechile. We called the next day, we were told they would put it in the mail since we live 1½ hours away. After 2 weeks of not receiving it, we called again. Sean said he had just put in the mail the day before. After another week of not receiving the key. We made the trip back to get it. It was sitting in the table and handed to us. Sean LIED. If a salesman LIES about putting a key in the mail, what else is he LIEING about to sell a vehicle. We would not recommend Duluth Motorsports nor TRUST their word.

We really liked our vehicle!

My husband and I are from Granite Falls, MN. Duluth Motorsports has a 1976 MG Midget for sale. We worked with Sean. He was a complete gem! We drove 245 miles (one way trip). We got the car home and couldn't be happier! Thank you to Sean and Brandon!

Bad news, good news

I purchased a used vehicle from Duluth motor sports and five days after I purchased it, I had a suspension problem. I talked to Sean and he told me he wasn’t in the business of putting bad cars on the road. I gave him my mechanic’s estimate, and before the work was complete, I had a check to cover the work. I am pleased with my vehicle, and very pleased with the customer service that they provided.

Don’t waste your time if you’re from out of town.

Lousy customer service- I’m from out of town, called on unit they advertised, over the course of over a week made a deal with Sean. Had several calls and Emails back and forth. Spent hours getting shipping company lined up. All for nothing. Was waiting for invoice(had my money lined up) called Sean to remind him I needed invoice- he said he sold it to someone local. Said he thot I was a crook scammer because my drivers license looked fake- it was paper temporary I was waiting for plastic one. He didn’t call me, he sold it to a local. So if you’re not local don’t bother wasting your time. Didn’t even bother to call me- I wasted hours on this a******... Sean should be fired- owner has wrong guy managing.

Mileage tampering

I would advise anyone looking at a vehicle from here to get a vehicle report before you buy. I have had nothing but problems with the manager and when my engine light came on I took it somewhere else to get it checked. I was told, and my vehicle shows it has around 64000 - 65000 on it. My report says it has 127500!! I will be in touch with an attorney and the attorney general’s office now. No wonder I never received the paperwork on my car.

ripped off mama by con artists.

Worst experience. Sold me a truck that the locks are constantly trying to lock as you drive down the road. Alllll 4 rims seals are blown needed new rims and brakes and a life gate sensor. Was told they would replace the leather in the drivers seat and middle row. Called and texted for weeks. Was told I could come up. Drove 200 miles from the cities with my newborn child. Got a hotel room. Only to be told they didn’t order them. No reimbursement was told that was my problem. They even gave me my old truck to drive with a markup of 4K from what they gave me. Plus his all the rust on the bed and front wheel wells. Said hey that’s what we do. We flip cars. I then Waited another month. No responses back other than the seats were on there way. I called the dealership they claimed they ordered them through. No order was ever placed. Ripped off and taken advantage of. Never do business with con artists.

So lucky to have this dealership in Our Town!

After dealing with Sean and Brandon, I can't imagine buying a car from any other dealership. Searching for a used car can be stressful, but these guys are doing all they can to insure that their clients are satisfied with a reliable vehicle, and, will return to Duluth Motorsports when the need arises to purchase the next used car! I purchased a 2006 Pontiac Torrent about 4 months ago. I LOVE my car and I love you guys!!
