Won't consider a car at this dealer
Was considering a 2010 Jaguar XKR they have advertised.......until I read the overwhelmingly negative reviews. I'll look elsewhere as there are plenty of XK/XKR's on the market from reputable dealers.

Horrible Dealership
Purchased my 2002 Range Rover from this dealership and had it delivered to my home in Charlotte. I bought it because the advertisement implied it was the owners private vehicle that was well taken care of. This was confirmed by the salesperson as well. The video or virtual "walk around" looked solid and the salesperson confirmed that it was a solid vehicle. The dealership advertised the vehicle as "Everything works as it should..." Considering the mileage and the upgrades the previous owner had made I felt confident this was a good purchase. The vehicle arrived damaged (drivers side mirror), the interior was not what was shown in the video (rips in the seats) which i asked about...the fog lamps installed on the roof were not functioning...the alarm that I was told was operational was not and the second key doesn't work. The above issues I could live with, even though I question their integrity in not mentioning it to me and advertising the vehicle as "Everything works as it should..." The catalyst for this negative review is because there is a CLEAR issue with the transmission. The truck still rolls while the transmission is in the parked position. There is no way you can tell me they had no idea this vehicle had a transmission issue. I called the dealership immediately. To my salesman credit he initially said they would take care of me. But I would have to wait two days to speak to the Sales Manager to resolve the issues. Three days later no one has called me...I have called the dealership 3 times today and each time the Sales Manager is with a "customer." At the time of this post. I called yet again and spoke to the voicemail There is NO sense of urgency to try and resolve this issue. NO customer service skills to ensure that a customer who took the time to purchase a vehicle nearly 12 hours away is satisfied and happy with their service. I financed my vehicle through Naval Federal who I know has done business with this dealership with other military veterans. I will make sure I do everything I know to do..to warn ANY members who plan to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I paid 13k for this truck and I now have to turnaround and drop another 3k for a transmission. Buyer beware....

Shady Dealership
Had an appointment to look at a vehicle on Saturday. Had the appointment since Wednesday. Got to a text message Saturday morning saying looking forward to seeing you. Got to the dealership right after they opened at 10 am. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to the dealership and they took a deposit on the car Friday night and never called to let me know it was solid. Nice way to do business. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the worst place to buy a car, they are unfulfilled. If you're looking for trouble, buy these clowns, The van I bought had problems with the seatbelt sensor and they decided to fix it so I took it and the way they repaired it was by disconnecting it.

Waste Of Time, Don’t Bother
Don’t waste your time with these clowns. I showed up to look at a car, had called ahead to set up the appointment and make sure it would be there when I got there. I get there and the car is not at all “detailed” like they said. It had bird crap all over it. Not only that, it smelled of oil inside the car despite being told it had no oil leaks. It was a complete waste of a day. The salesman didn’t even seem interested in selling me a vehicle. It seemed I was wasting his time. Don’t even bother with these guys. Go elsewhere.

DISHONEST,,THIEVES
tryed to purchase a ford f-150 from international car center,gave them 500.00 dollar deposit ,my financing did not get approved ,they would not return my deposit. do not purchase any thing from this dealership..you will regret it.

Stay away!
Don't buy a car here unseen! Purchased a 1996 Toyota 4Runner from Louis in full confidence. According to Louis the car was overall in good shape considering its a 24 year old car! No visible rust! Unfortunately, the reality is different. I live in the Netherlands and have the car imported. I was shocked by what I found. The photo speaks for itself. And now Louis no longer knows anything about it. He tried so hard to make everything right. It's a cheater! No more and no less. Absolutely not to be trusted. Do not buy here! You say you want to fix it Louis but you don't respond to my email. Hereby the friendly but urgent request to do so!

The way they try to finesse you is crazy. Don’t ever buy a car from here without checking it out . They are scammers. Dishonesty

Sons Graduation Present 🎁
Would like to thank Liz and all that made the purchase of our Son's Dodge Challenger R/T such a smooth and easy transaction . We searched online for a specific car and color and found it with them. Liz provided us with a full video of inside and out walk around since we live to far to see it in person. My wife and i expected some slight imperfections being that we were purchasing a used car . But when car arrived we we absolutely stunned at how flawless interior of car was . It leads me to believe the buyer of used car dept here hand picks used cars with eye for detail. From initial contact thru arranging the covered transport we are exceptionally please with all aspects of this transaction. TYPICAL WHOLESALER
CHECK THE CARFAX! I almost went to purchase an '02 4Runner with "216,000" miles (according to the dashboard and listing), then checked the Carfax which revealed it actually has over 265,000 miles. Not sure who's at fault, the dealer or previous owner. Either way, this would have been caught and noted in the listing by any competent, honest dealership. I brought this up to them and they stated the vehicle exempt from rollback laws because it's over 10 years old. Proceed with caution.
