I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT ADAMS AUTO GROUP. ROBERT DUNLAP WAS VERY HELPFUL. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR I RECOMMEND STARTING HERE. QUICK AND PAPER WORK... WAS FAST
Went to view a vehicle that I seen advertised online. I had emailed / texted about this car multiple times before coming to see it. When I arrived to the... lot I went inside and asked about the car. There were about 4 to 5 employees standing around. They then argued about whos turn it was to go, then finally they all pawned it off on an older man. Once we got to the car I began to ask questions. The Autocheck on the car stated that it was originally from Vermont. Then the last thing reported was a FL auction. When I asked how the car arrived from Vermont to Florida he didn't have a answer. I then asked if the car had been flooded due to it being in a Florida auction, he hesitated and said no. Continued to just avoid all my questions about how the car then ended up in Indiana and etc. There was nothing reported or stated about how it just magically showed up in either of the those locations. AND The car had CLEARLY been flooded. There was rust everywhere on the inside and under the seats / dash etc. Water residue still present on the carpet and cloth materials / metal. I even asked this before I made the hour trip over there in one of my emails! The salesman clearly knew nothing about the vehicle / or was pretending to not know and didn't even bother to get the right information before talking to me. I am more mad that they believed I was stupid enough to buy their load of crap story. Ridiculous.... Would never recommend them to anyone!
One of the easiest car purchases I have made. They listened to what we wanted and made the deal work for us. Very pleased with the friendly service!!!
Thank you so very much. We are doing our best to meet and exceed the needs of every customer that either walks in the door or inquire via the Internet.... Again, thank you very much for your business.
Rene Acuna and JR were awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very personable as well as professional. Rene not only got me approved for... a vehicle, he took the time to educate me on how the vehicle process works no one at a dealership has ever gone to those lengths to do that. If you need an automobile please go to Adams and check out this awesome team of people. Thanks again Rene and JR !!!!
Agreed to a price over the phone. Then recive the purchase agreement and the price has hmchsnged not by a little but by over $1000. Then call to ask about... it the salesman said no that???s not right I will talk to the finance guy, wait on hold then he comes back and says that they had made a mistake and couldn???t stick to their verbal agreement. The new best price was the one they sent on the purchase agreement and would not budge after admitimg their mistake. No customer is right here. The salesman and finance guys seemed very shady, how does a wholesaler deale end up upside down by $4000 on a vehicle. They been sitting on this car for 5 months and will continue too. Never tried to make right with me the customer. Read your agreements closely I caught it before I went to far. Don???t let them take advantage of you.
Run run run away from this dealer. Every time I called it seemed like they were lost. They agreed to a set out the door price over the phone and requested... them to send me the paper work. I then revived the paperwork and it was over $1000 more then what we agreed to. I then called and salesman said oh sorry that’s a mistake I will talk to the finance guy. Gets back to me and says they did the math wrong and couldn’t go any lower then what they sent me on the paperwork. They agreed they told me one thing but then said they can’t stsnd by it. If you still choose to do business with this shady dealership pay close attention to the paperwork and don’t be taken advantage of. They also lie. How can a wholesale dealer be upside down on a vehicle being sold across the nation at auction for cheap. Seems like purchase guy needs to pay attention to real market prices.
Lance was a knowledgeable salesman. He is professional, patient and kind. I love my new/pre-owned vehicle :-D The financing was spot on with the quote... with the payments I had budgeted. Adams Auto was a great experience...Thanks!
Scheduled a test drive a week before. Called the evening (just before closing) before to verify the vehicle was still available and ready to test drive... the following day. Arrived first thing the next morning to test drive the vehicle. Spoke with a salesman who got my info. A few minutes later he comes back and says the vehicle is currently unavailable for test drive because they currently got it torn apart replacing and air bag actuator. But that if Id like I can still look at it in the shop and see what they can do with numbers. So I agree to at least look and the entire dash is torn out and half the interior is disassembled. Parts are everywhere in the seats so I cant even get in to look at the interior. Then on top of that they wanted to give me significantly less than what my trade was worth and would not even consider negotiating at all on anything. No apology or anything for the inconvenience of wasting my time to come test drive a vehicle that was clearly not ready when I called to confirm. Was pretty much like oh well. We'll call you when its ready and we "might" can give you a little more when you come back and our used car guy can look at your trade. Needless to say the whole situation ticked me off and turned me sour to the dealership. No worry though I looked at and was able to drive a newer truck with significantly less miles and better options the following day. That dealership gave me much better value for my trade and a good deal on the truck as well that I Love...
This was a great car buying experiance. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. It was a quick and easy process.
I recommend shopping for your next car here! There were very helpful and the process was very easy. The staff and lance was very friendly.
