I was waiting to see a vehicle they had just gotten in. Dee would text me updates letting me know what minor repairs were being done and was going to let me know when we could come and see it. I get a text at the end of the week saying they sold it. Had the nerve to ask if I was interested in something else. They sold it from under me so why would I do business with them?! I’ll never go to or buy from Adams period!

Not a great experience as they did not take me seriously on an out the door cash offer. Went elsewhere.

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.

I bought a 2019 van from Adams Group, and right after making the first payment, the rear end failed. Not even 45 days later, the transmission went out completely. What made things worse was how the dealership handled it. They told us we had purchased an extended warranty — but we hadn’t, and unfortunately, we didn’t ask for the paperwork to confirm at the time. That was our mistake, but it doesn’t excuse the lack of transparency. Later, they admitted we had no coverage at all. It felt like we were misled from the beginning. This has been a really frustrating and expensive experience. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Adams Group unless there are serious changes in how they treat their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell.

This place is an absolute joke. Completely disorganized and no value for anyone's time. Scheduled a test drive for a vehicle they said was still in their inventory. In the 3 days before the test drive, they called me multiple times to make sure I was going to come in at the scheduled time so I was positive they were going to have the vehicle there. When I arrived I got some run around about how the vehicle is getting work done at the body shop and that it wouldn't be available...? Then they did exactly like every other negative review states and tried to sell me a different car. I couldn't help but laugh. Don't waste your time here because that's literally all you'll be doing.

Absolutely terrible experience with them. And the female was so rude. Fire her. Drove 3 hours for a truck that the manager did not tell is it was sold 3 weeks ago. Do NOT buy from them. Or waste your time

Went to go see a car advertised on their website and was told it wasnt there anymore. This wouldnt be too big of a deal except for I called specifically about this vehicle before going there, and was assured it was there. Frustrating to say the least.

Don’t waste your time! The cars on their website are not available. Look how long they have been posted. Over 800 days. I confirmed the truck I was interested in was available before going and guess what… it wasn’t there. I was offered a similar truck for $10,000 more.

Be VERY wary. Sales person was unprofessional- multiple spelling errors when communicating. That aside. Vehicle was CLEARLY misrepresented. Paint bubbling on front bumper and hood, indicating unreported crash and poorly repaired. 3 of 4 tires were BALD- fourth didn’t even match (red flag). Worst of all, the car was DIRTY. Crumbs on seat. Staining on trim. Disgusting. Side note- sales person specifically said “had it cleaned up for you” (maybe by a blind person, idk). I feel bad for the schmuck that doesn’t catch any of these issues and purchases it.

Had an appointment to look at a GMC terrain, the dealership didnt accurately represented the car in the listing. It's covered in trim damage, paint bubbles, and a dent in the door. They didnt even bother to wash it for the appointment! AVOID
