Adams Auto Group Denver Location

Over all we had a normal car buying experience with this dealership. John was our salesman at the Denver, NC location. Everyone there was personable and helpful.

I dont know what to say

Extremely dissatisfied. I checked on a F-350 they had online at their North Tryon lot and got phone calls galore about it. I tell Matthew I am coming down either Friday night or Saturday. They schedule me an appointment at 3pm Saturday. I went down early because it was a diesel and I wanted to hear it cold start and no vehicle is even there. Lorenzo says it wont even be in for a few days! I mean why almost terrorize me about this truck and you don't really have it in stock? I live about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away and just wasted basically a half day of my time! Matthew hasn't returned my voicemail or text about the situation. Right now I'm just in awestruck!

Beyond Pleased

Team members, John Sutay, Maria Gomez, Jimmie McNamara and at Adams Auto Group, located in Denver, NC are some the most genuine people you could meet. They are what makes Adams Auto Group of Denver, NC one of the most impressive dealerships that I have ever dealt with. They were extremely helpful and made me comfortable throughout the entire process, which turned out to be surprisingly simple. Since, we have even become friends. Amazing experience!!!

Jon is the best

Came in never having known that today would be the day I got a truck. But Ryan made that possible. Didn’t have to jump through hoops. Just a couple normal processes and no excess protocol.

AVOID!! Multiple issues across all categories. Vehicle...

AVOID!! Multiple issues across all categories. Vehicle purchased has a radiator leak that we repaired ourselves after it wasn't disclosed at time of purchase. They did offer a discount and a check to partially cover parts needed AFTER I called 4x. They took nearly 4 weeks to pay off the trade in, which my credit took a hit for. Then I receive a call today from the Lienholder of my trade saying they received the title for my new vehicle they aren't financing!! Its been 6 weeks since the transaction (9/10/2020) and my vehicle is in someone else's name, my credit took a hit, and I'm still doing repairs plus maintenance on vehicle that I just bought. I have called Adam's multiple times, text Jimmy as well, with zero resolution. Azziz(?) is who they send you to as manager, she's not a manager and is beyond incompetent.

Rude! The location off of Independence puts a whole new...

Rude! The location off of Independence puts a whole new meaning on bad business practice! More like SCAMMERS! After what this Finance Manager put my husband and I through we ended up having to hire and attorney! This guy told multiple lies concerning us and my finance company! Good thing we keep records of conversations! Please save yourself the time don’t deal with this location nor this person!

Would never return

I went to buy a car and the dealer went that to test drive with me played on his phone on snapchat the whole time. I noticed the ride felt weird and noticed the tire was flat, (after the dealer drove it to the front of the building for me) and the dealer said they can fix it if I move forward with the car. Not a good way to run this place if you ask me.
