Stay Away from Hudson Honda!

Stay Away from Hudson Honda!!! Very dishonest, SALES PRICE TRANSPARENCY is ZERO. Market "adjustment" of $3200 which no one explained. Don't sign anything until you see the WHOLE price in writing. Should have gone to Garden State Honda

First, they were trying to give us the bear minimum on a

First, they were trying to give us the bear minimum on a barely used 2020 Honda Civic Sport. Then, they came out with Car Faxes stating the vehicle was in three accidents which the car was only in two minor accidents. Both times it was the other drivers fault and they were minor cosmetics damages. When we questioned him about the 3rd accident, they came out with another report with 2 accidents, but with the report saying that the air bags had been deployed. We have both insurance and police reports which proves no air bags were deployed. The other sales reps were cursing and talking loud like we were hanging out in the corners. So unprofessional atmosphere.

The dealership is dishonest in their dealings. First, they refused to discuss any numbers for renewing my lease unless When I got in, the person I met, David Hidalgo, was clueless and came up with a quote which would have increased my monthly payment from $320 pm to $500 pm (a 56% increase) Three years back in 221 they increased my monthly payments by 45%. They said prices go up. Yes, even if we figure in the pandemic and inflation, did prices go up by 101% in 3 years from 2021 to 2024? So, I decided to keep the car (only had 5K miles on it anbd is in excellent condition) and asked to extend my warranty. David’s manager, Maynor rattled off some numbers. When I asked him to send me details of the warranty extension for me to read before, buying, no response which was not unexpected. I’m never going back to this dealership.

If you are looking for a car, I would look for a more

If you are looking for a car, I would look for a more professional dealership because Hudson Honda is not it. They are great at saying whatever you want to hear to get you into the car. First the car was listed around $21,000 the first thing they did was add other $6,000 to the listing saying services and fees. Then they said they would fix the front and back bumper because they were damaged which was not on the Carfax. I live like 1hr 40mins away from the dealership. They had me drop the car off for the bumper service on a Wednesday they said that's when the part will arrive, I uber home let me know when it will be ready for pick up. So now my new car is just sitting for almost 3 weeks because they never ordered the part, or they were waiting on the part a lot of run the around. Now I go pick up my car after 3 weeks without it. They only did the front bumper they were supposed to do the front and back and now trying to slap me with a $600 labor cost when they said they would take care of it. Now I am currently arguing with whoever picks up the phone I even talk to the so-called General Manager who was the most unprofessional manager I ever talk to felt like I was talk to a street thug. Why you ask because they are so low of a company that they are trying to extort me for a $600 labor cost that I refuse to pay and are holding my license plates and registration hostage. So, if I were you, I would stay far away from this criminal outfit. My temporary plate expired on Jun 30 it's now July 16th and they still refuse to give me my plate that are already paid for and in my name which makes it my property and they refuse to release them to me or even mail them to me. I didn't know a Honda dealership practices extortion!

Who ever runs your PR needs to be fired and whoever was evolved in your extortion needs to be fired. The fact that your can make a joke with my very serious concern for you pretty much strong arming me for my plates is outrageous. I very do hope your real GM is a man of his word.

One week later the battery was dead, I had to call honda

One week later the battery was dead, I had to call honda town truck to ask for help, btw this car only has 26k miles. After that, almost 2 months of waiting for the plates and registration, and registration comes under the person who takes the loan, no under the name of the person who is driving. Before to take the loan, I asked the seller if the registration can comes under my name and he said yes. Now in the dealership, nobody gave me an answer about it, nobody helps and the financial guy just told me: you didnt ASK ME. This dealership only cared about the sells not about the customers.
