For 10 years I’ve purchase all my cars at Auto Connection so far no complaints! When I had bad credit I built it up with my loan. I change my car every year to every 2 years at Auto Connection! Great staff. Owner is able to find best loan deals based on credit. Any car problems I can go to them and they will work on getting things done if they’re within warranty or get me good pricing.

They are very unprofessional I’m having issues getting my deposit money back and I have a receipt cops and everything the owner Paul us unprofessional if I don’t get my deposit money back I will be going to civil court and filling a suit

This business is HORRIBLE. The workers are extremely unprofessional, not helpful, and overall have no knowledge about what they are selling. I highly recommend staying FAR AWAY from buying a car from this business. They are not worth your time nor your money. Who would want to use a business whose workers act the way that these workers act? Seriously SCARY. Stay far away!!! Their are other great used car dealerships very close by to this business that are way better. Don’t waste your time with these uneducated people!!!!!!!

Their cars are garbage. Sold me a Porsche knowing it had a bad engine. Found receipts in the glove box. Very unethical, I would stay clear of them.

I financed a Jeep and the service was really good. Miles helped me a lot and I was able to ask him anything and he would have the answers for me. He was a big help and knew exactly what we were looking for.

I was in the market to buy a used car. I was approached by “Miles” the car salesman, told me his priority is to do right by his customers. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case with me. I stated how another dealer sold me a car that was in a wreck and they hid the information from me. Guess what ?!? They did the same thing here at auto connection. The vehicle I purchased was rear ended and there was frame damage which they failed to notify me about after I requested a car fax. I contacted miles about issues with the car and he actually told me “who are you trying to scare”. Fortunately I saved all the messages on my phone to provide the FACTS. I was expecting him to tell me to bring the car over and they will handle all the issues instead he decided to be an internet thug. Stay away from this place. Clearly they just want the money and will hide the FACTS from you. As we speak I will be returning the vehicle tomorrow instead of dealing with them any further.
