Auto Connection

I went in for a used car and left with more then what i expected. I was dealing with Paul and Miles I had a Nissan before BUT i ended up leaving with an infinity. They had great customer service they told me what i was able to get and i ended up leaving with something better! Thank you guys at auto connection!

Miles was great. Didn't pressure us and made the experience painless. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Cruze and they were able to accommodate me within a reasonable monthly payment including a 6 year warranty.

From the moment i stepped foot on their parking lot i was greated with respect by a man named Bill a salesman there. He asked me what i was looking for i explained to him what i wanted. We grabbed keys to car and test drove it. Not once was i forced or pushed into buying a vehicle it made me feel comfortable. Found what i wanted and within 2 days was driving the vehicle home. If not for the bank i had chosen i would been i the car the first day there. But even with my issue with the bank i chose bill guided to a man named Paul there who helped get a better finance deal but made sure i was happy and comfortable with my payment. Now thanks to them im driving the car ive wanted for almost 4 years now. I would highly recommend people to make Auto Connection the first stop to get a great reliable motorvehicle from a great staff of people. It was a blessing coming to this dealership. These guys are amazing. Paul and Miles opened up for me on July 4th when I needed to replace a car that was totaled very quickly. Miles would of test drove every car on the lot with me if I wanted without a complaint. Paul was able to secure me a loan rate that I never thought I would be able to obtain. I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape titanium with extremely low miles and in great shape. I have had absolutely no issues with the car and I doubt I will. These are stand up people willing to help and work with anyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to doing future Buisness with them. Thanks guys- Keith

I wrote a negative review about the dealer because I was upset about a misunderstanding situation .After I received a call from Paul explaining everything a little bit more clearly for me to understand .That's when I realized I made a mistake by writing a bad review about them . Yes,Yes and Yes i recommend this dealer to everyone for your next vehicle purchase . I love my car I'll keep it ,and NO I don't need a full refund Paul thanks for everything .

This is the best, friendly, helpful, and best bargained dealership to go to! This is my second car purchased from here and PAUL Always gives me the best prices imaginable! Miles was beyond helpful with the sale of my car he didn't waste any of time and got me in and out in an hour . He knew exactly what cars would fit in my budget and didn't try to up sell me on a different one which a lot of dealerships would do. He was honest and knew exactly what I needed and made the process of buying a car the best I have ever had. I would definitely go back to him in the future because I know he would continue to make my experience easy.

I went in two buy a car had the best experience Connie was great . So was Paul. Two years ago I bought car and had the worst experience. They where great to . Not only did I buy one car I bought two today. Thank you all for a great experience.
