Shady people in a shady area. They knowingly sold me a car with a blown head gasket. If you do buy from them, ask for the warranty, because they won't offer it and everything is sold as is.

Im from new York I’m paralyzed and drive with hand controls (Jim juliani motors) 06-26-24 purchased a 2018 Maserati from Connecticut minutes before they closed which means I couldn’t test drive the car. Before I got home the check engine light came on and had other problems as well That’s when I called Carl 6-26 and he proceeded to tell me get it checked and let us know oh yeah and you forgot your spare key but we’re closed so I’ll send it in the mail which I still never got They said it’s my fault After telling me to schedule a service appointment that left me with a couple of miles of the warranty left .. I was told I was driving to leave my car while it got fixed and I would be placed in a loaner 07-16-24 After spending 4 hours in one spot uncomfortably I get there and they tell me something they should have told me day 1 The car loan is in my name but it is insured in my mom‘s name and they still let me take the car and told me to do that after I told him I couldn’t I have it in writing so when I go for the loaner they tell me I have no insurance so I can’t get the loaner and I am forced to drive my car back another four hours and do more damage to the engine The easiest solution a refund which is the 2650 on the down spent the down 350 I spent on the Uber I made one month payment 764.14 to the car loan 1100.12 paid half of the insurance payment I have proof of everything I just want to be done what’s right I’m handicapped I have therapy and doctor appointments with a little child that plays sports I need this to be resolved as soon as possible If there is compensation for other travel fees and expenses that would be greatly appreciated They made me put the car loan in my name and after finding out insurance was impossible Mike john Carly Sciano David Petruzziello( general manager) Jeff ( finance manager) Text messages emails phone recordings Supporting documentation available upon request I have pictures and videos of the car before I purchased it to get me to come down there which is false advertisement

Go anywhere else for a vehicle
Spent 14k on truck plus 3500 for exstended warranty that does cover crap had the truck for 4 months already spent 3k out of pocket to fix xxxx they said was inspected and good. 1st issue they fixed after that they reluctantly fixed the next but only after i bought the parts and was told they were doing me a favor because it was after there 30day warranty i wouldve got a better deal at a salvage yard carfax also stated ac was serviced 6 months b4 i bought it yet guess who had to pay for that service after owning the truck for 2 months

Bought a beautiful Cadillac Escalade
This dealership is the easiest and best one I have ever dealt with. Jaly is a very knowledgeable salesperson in the vehicle that we wanted. We purchased it. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and will buy here again!

2012 Sliverado
In the past I have always bought a new vehicle and this was the first time ever that I have bought a used vehicle and I must say that I was skeptical at first not knowing what I was getting myself into. My experience with Juliani Motors was exceptional and my mind was put at ease. I was looking for a specific vehicle and the sales rep, Joe Hollaran, knew exactly how to steer me in the right direction and his knowledge was exceptional. Joe and the entire staff at Juliani were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. If anyone is seeking a used vehicle I would strongly recommend that you contact them as they have an expansive inventory of exceptional used vehicles. The 2012 Silverado I just purchased from them was exactl as advertised as to being in exceptional condition.

Worst dealership ever
I purchased a car from these guys with a blown motor bad catalytic converter blown control arms and bad tires. They tried not to fix my engine but they did. It took 6mos to complete.. dont listen to them about the 30day warranty it is a lie. If you are not mechanically inclined or a mechanic do not buy from them. But most of all do not listen to milton.... all that comes out of his mouth is lies. He is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Best car buying experience ever!
Absolutely amasing dealership. When I reached out to them about a vehicle they had, I had some very strict guidelines for what I wanted, what I could spend and what i had to put down. All of which was far outside the realm of possibility, considering my credit was not so great. Or so I thought. Milton was not discouraged in the least and put in serious work to make it happen for me. I was never pressured to consider another vehicle, tho he did offer a couple of options. He was great at communicating throughout the whole process about his attempts with different lenders and what documents I would need to provide him with. I have to say, he was far more confident than I was! And in the end, I only had to pay a slightly higher down payment, but got lower monthly payments and got the truck I wanted! Everyone at the dealership was very professional, yet welcoming. There was never any pressure, at all. We drove 2 hours to finalise the deal and actually had to wait awhile because MIlton wouldn't let the truck go until it was clean and had had a more than thorough final inspection and servicing. It is also obvious from their inventory, when you're there, that they handpick only the best. I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car! We will be replacing another car next year, and I won't consider going anywhere else! Thank you Milton! And all your associates who helped make this happen!
