Accommodating and transparent

Easy transaction and transparent. They offered me airport pick up and credit union financing. Juan was very friendly and knowledgeable. Smaller business and great prices. Lots of fun cars.

5 stars for auto world!!

If you are looking for a great used car, auto world is the place to go! I have now purchased several vehicles from auto world, and have nothing but great things to say about them! Excellent service, amazing prices, reliable vehicles, and an overall amazing buying experience! Dan and his team have helped me with all maintenance on my vehicles and made sure it was done swiftly and professionally! Overall a great buying experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Honest family dealership.

Honest family dealership. Didn’t try to take advantage and was very straight forward about service done to vehicle prior. Positive vibes resulted in positive purchase experience.

Sent an inquiry to check the car out.

Sent an inquiry to check the car out. Didn’t hear from anyone but the next week on the day I wanted to come they called and said somehow they missed my inquiry and the car was sent to auction but if I wanted it they’d go get it back for me. Said okay and went over there and waited a couple hour for the car to get back. During that time the sales person was very reassuring that he drove the car and it was great and then asked if I wanted to start signing paperwork before the car was there. I should of known when I asked about the warranty and was told “we usually don’t mention the warranty unless you ask but yeah 90 days” that I should of just left. Car got back and I noticed a coolant smell and that the Bluetooth didn’t work and was told to drive it for a few days to see if there is anything else and then come back the next week with everything, cool. Then I got literally not even 1/2 a mile away and the service light came on but went away. Turned around and when I got back they were leaving and he said “dont worry about it even if you blow it up it’s got the warranty on it” and to bring it back the next week still. Next day I also noticed there was a nice chunk out one of the tires and the other had some weird wear on it. So I brought it back the next week and mentioned everything to them(i have the paper) and later that day I get a call(still have the voicemail) saying that they didn’t smell the coolant and that the Bluetooth was “fixed”. I specifically asked “you turned the car off and back on and it still works?” And was told yes. Well just as suspected it didn’t, and there is still a coolant leak it’s just not gushing out so they blew it off. They also told me they had matching tires they’d put on the front to remedy that issue. I ended up being told I had to pay $50 for used tires that don’t match AFTER they swapped them already(weird warranty). I took the car to an Audi dealership after saving some money knowing I’d have to proceed solo and was told the 5F unit was going out on the radio causing the Bluetooth not to work and that alone would be $2500 to fix. All I ever was told from the service person is “well I’m not familiar with the sale so” every time I mentioned anything. They will treat you great until you leave the lot. I’m disappointed In the overall experience and I usually never leave reviews but purchasing my vehicle from here ended up being a costly mistake compared to purchasing from a reputable dealer. Usually I downplay bad reviews because I understand how some customers can be, but I got got.

DON'T BUY

I had a terrible experience with Auto World. I bought a chevy malibu with 95,000 miles on it. They said it passed a 25 point inspection, not to mention they had me come back the next day for a oil change.. but that should of came with the inspection. When I tried to drive over 50 mph the next day the car wouldn't shift into gear. I went back to them they said it was the transmission. So I asked if they could just refund me my 6k back and they refused. They said they could switch me out to another car (over my price range, or nothing I would like having to deal with a car payment, or with engine lights) So I refused, I would rather my money back but he mentioned since I have a warranty and he doesn't that I should just take care of the problem that I caused(which I didn't.) I've talk to plenty dealerships and they've mentioned I could not blow a transmission in not even 24 hours. After talking to them and not getting no where I decided to just keep it until I bring it to a Chevy dealer so I could get it fixed. They mentioned it would make it upnorth where I live 5 hours away. I made it to Milwaukee, one hours away. I missed work a night and had to get my car towed upnorth and to a chevy dealership where they said it was the transmission. They did not want to help until I slandered their name on social media they said I could have it towed back to their shop and they could give me 4k back and for my sister to delete the post. Or they would pay my 100 dollar deductible if my sister would delete her post. I would rather pay that amount plus the tow and the gas to get the car back up and running then to let another customer with hard earned money to lose money with them.
