I purchased a vehicle from Graham Automotive. Amazing experience. Ansley was great!!!!! She was so sweet and it took less than 10 minutes to get me approved. I took the car drove it. Had a pre buyers inspection and the car checked out based off the auto shop that I took it to. Pleasant experience.

Looked at a nice Ford 3.5EcoBoost vehicle that had obvious cam phaser problems, rattling on startup. A common ecoBoost problem. They refused to have it diagnosed by Ford to see what the repair cost would be and said they will not pay for any repairs. They will obviously sell this to some unsuspecting customer who doesn't know the symptoms . Shows a lot about the ethics of their dealership. Do your due-diligence if buying from them. Buyer be aware.

Bought two cars within 2 weeks of each other and dealt with Ansley. She was awesome! Had my paperwork ready when I arrived so the process of buying was painless. When I needed to finance she had many options for me when I arrived. She was nice and so easy to work with. When test driving the cars we ended up purchasing, they were very clean. Their detailer does an amazing job! I was very pleased with the overall experience.

People friendly and respectful. I would recommend having the vehicle checked by the dealer prior to purchasing. I had to spend a few hundred dollars to pass inspection. I was told that they were going to reimburse me for my trouble and make it right but that hasn't happened. Integrity is everything. I am pleased with my vehicle overall but I would suggest purchasing an extended warranty. You just never know nowadays

I got an SUV from them this past January & I’ve had nothing but leaks everywhere. I took it to their recommended mechanic to fix the oil leak & they did not fix it. All they did was slow it down. I have suspension problems as well. & Not to mention, the ac doesn’t blow cold. Not a good place to get yourself a vehicle. Do yourself a favor & look elsewhere.

Salesman was great and honest. He sold us a terrible truck. His mechanics at West Walton in Loganville lied to him and told him it was a solid 2013 platinum ford truck. We found so much bad work as the trucks left us walking three times. I am sorry but I can’t do business there anymore.
