Both Tim and Ricky were extremely helpful and professional with the sale of the 2001 Ford Mustang. There was no hassle or persuasion in the sale of the car. It made the purchasing decision so much easier. There were some mechanical issues with the car which they took care of to our satisfaction.

I have been looking for a specific car for some time, and one showed up on their lot. I have been to mom and pop used lots and I have been to big dealer lots. I was really hesitant about going to this lot because it is smaller and only sells cars so I expected to find a car that required a lot of guess work in terms of it's service and possible issues. I went anyway and I was so incredibly impressed with the way that Ricky does business that I wanted to post this review even though I ended up not buying the car because my mechanic identified a possible costly issue with the car. I really wanted this car and Ricky worked with me all day trying to answer my questions, but in the end we were unable to track down the piece of information I needed in order to feel comfortable with the purchase and he was just as sincere and friendly and low pressure at the end of the day as he was when we walked in the door. This place is the epitome of straight forward low pressure sales. Honestly blew all my preconceived notions about small used car lots out of the water. I really hope to complete my purchase with Ricky and I would encourage others to shop here. Do your homework about the car, go in with questions and Ricky is the guy to see.

Being 22 and never having bought a car before, I had all but given up. We stopped by Graham one afternoon after leaving work, and Ricky popped his head out and told us we could work something out. He never gave up on me and worked out a sale for me, myself, and I. Thanks to his understanding of how paramount it was for me to get out on my own, and his persistence, I am now the proud owner of a new (to me) Ford Escape. I was very frustrated in my car search so when I stopped by Graham Auto Sales I had low expectations, I was sure that I would see a car that captured my attention but I knew it would be over-priced, probably not working properly and I dreaded speaking with the salesman. Not only did I find the perfect car, I found the perfect salesman.(Ricky). My Overall Experience: I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic, no back/forward negoiations and I was very happy with the price.Most important- No unnecessary processing fees. The staff was great, I believe I met the entire team and the owner, Rick and Tim (Love you guys). I strongly recommend this company for great cars, and great service. The entire sales process went so smoothly that it was scary, Make this a visit for your next car search but go with high expectation of professionalism and service because this is what you will receive!. We just purchased a second vehicle from Mr. Graham. Our first purchase was several years ago and that car has been wonderful. We purchased the second car a few months ago and love it as well. Mr. Graham makes buying a car a pleasure! Great Cars! Great Service!
