Went to business to sell the company a lease vehicle that was leased from Coastal several years ago they made an offer for vehicle then when we went back on Monday 2 days later , they made up some phony factory charges of $500 and kept repeating the fact that paid the car off and shorted my Daughter of the $500...They lied to get us back because the car had only 7800 miles on it , and then cheated my Daughter out oh $500 dollars... Going back today to speak to GM...Coy was Sales Mgr that cheated us...

Diego and John helped me purchase my vehicle. I test drove the vehicle two days ago and notified them today that I was ready to purchase. I arrived at the dealership and was in and out in 35 minutes. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Diego and John to anyone looking for exceptional customer service with no pressure.

Worst service ever.
Worst service ever. Complimentary oil change and tire rotation with a software update took 3.5 hours.. never again! And this is with a scheduled appointment. Jiffy lube would do this in 20 minutes.. get your act together. This is my last complimentary service… you will never see me again..

I'm in the market for a new vehicle and was communicating
I'm in the market for a new vehicle and was communicating by email with a salesperson called John Lyons. Just look at the wording this person uses (photo attached in google reviews). After submitting an offer of $54,000, this was his email answer: "54 is still laughable on a Front wheel drive. White and beige and if somebody loses money to do that deal they are a special kind of stupid and you are the luckiest man alive. Wish you the best". If this is how they communicate by email, I can't imagine how terrible it must be to deal with this dealer. Professionalism at its best.

By far, the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Everybody was very cordial and inviting. John Lyons worked some magic, kept us informed, and provided a wonderful experience! Will DEFINITELY return for future needs.

So today Sunday August 20th I went to Coastal Hyuandi
So today Sunday August 20th I went to Coastal Hyuandi after passing by a seeing this White Jeep Grand Cherokee parked up front for sale and was interested in taking a look at the vehicle. Upon me getting there I was greeted by an older gentleman named Bill who was the sales man and I explained I was interested in the Jeep and wanted to know more about the vehicle instead he expressed how they were closed and wasn’t willing to give me anymore information. I had even asked for the price of the vehicle when he proceeded to tell me the vehicle was selling for closeTo $50,000 when I had expressed how that was high for a 2018 Jeep with 41,000 miles on it. Bill then proceeded to become very argumentative and told me how they were closed and I could come back the xxxx tomorrow and walked away. I stated out loud I would not be spoken to like that and I wanted a manager immediately Bill then chose to turn back around getting loud and getting in my face. Finally he walked inside and asked his manager to walk out which is when I was greeted by Tj the store manager I had explained the concerns and he had informed me that’s not accurate and upon him looking the Jeep online he informed me it was selling for $29,734 but Bill told me close to $50,000 so almost a $20,000 difference in price. I had explained the way Bill became and how unprofessional it was and completely uncalled for. I’m beyond disgusted the way I was spoken too and the way I was treated.

Well, again not receiving any response from the Coastal
Well, again not receiving any response from the Coastal service department after sending in a question via their website regarding the ISG on our 2020 Santa Fe. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after receiving mixed messages months back, but again their lack of a timely response seems to be the norm from them. The ISG on our santa fe works sporadically. According to Coastal, it should not work if the battery charge is less than 70%. This is the same problem we had months back and could not get a straight answer. Coastal refuses to replace the battery even though the suv is less than 3 years old, it is not sufficient to power the ISG, and the diagnosis appears to be questionable. We've been in FL less than 5 years and have purchased 2 cars from coastal. You would think they might treat us a little better. Makes us question there service department at coastal.

Coastal Hyundai is a FIRST Class operation. We just got home with our 2019 Hyundai Tucson and absolutely love it! James Edobar was our salesman. And will be our salesman from here on out. James went way above and beyond to make sure we had the vehicle that was right for us. He worked the deal to make sure we stayed within our budgeted payment range. Which to us was very important. Ali Sherief was top notch when it came to closing the deal financially. We have worked with Ali in the past and knew that he would take care of us. He made sure we knew all the options that were available to us financially. Ali and James, we thank you so much!!!
