I brought my car in because the battery needed jumped

I brought my car in because the battery needed jumped twice in four days. I told the service advisor after it's jumped, the battery tests fine, with 14v. 30 minutes later, the service advisor informed me my car was fine, the battery was testing fine, and the next time the issue happens, I should bring it back. Yup, the service advisor told me the next time my car won't start, I should bring it in for testing. No problem! I'll just drive my car that won't start right on over!

I recently recommended Michaell Cangelosi at Stapp

I recently recommended Michaell Cangelosi at Stapp Interstate Toyota to my son Daniel who wanted to trade from a Toyota Tacoma to a Toyota Tundra. I made this recommendation based on the great experience I had with Michaell when I bought my Grand Highlander a year ago. I accompanied my son on his visit to Stapp Toyota. After providing Michaell with his "dream" truck build, Michael asked Dan many questions about what he needed and wanted in his new truck. My son ultimately purchased a 1794 Trim 2025 Tundra and got a great deal based on the work Michaell did to explain all of his financial choices. Michaell is the best informed, visibly honest car salesperson I've ever encountered. If you want to buy a Toyota and also have positive experience with the salesperson and dealership, go see Michaell Cangelosi at Stapp Interstate Toyota!

I worked with Sandra Martinez.

I worked with Sandra Martinez. Although I had to wait many months for the car that I wanted, Sandra kept me updated and informed and maintained regular contact with me throughout the waiting period. Sandra responded to my calls and emails in a timely fashion. She was pleasant and accessible and kept careful track of all that we discussed and agreed upon. Once the car arrived, she smoothly and professionally facilitated the purchasing process. Everyone in the dealership, whom I inadvertently encountered, was friendly and helpful as well.

I worked with Dana Gibbs.

I worked with Dana Gibbs. He was excellent. I negotiated a fair deal. No hard sell dramatic hype like other dealers I had visited. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and this was the best experience I’ve had.

Great vehicle buying experience. Chris Harlan took great care of me and my wife walking us thru process was a breeze! His is very compassionate with his clients. His years of working in the industry shows. Great guy! I will refer family and friends to Stapp!

I just purchased a used 2016 Highlander Limited Platinum

I just purchased a used 2016 Highlander Limited Platinum edition and even though the sale is done and I am starting to receive the financing information, this Dealership still continues to Impress. The response from the first review was genuine and they valued my business plus they reached out via email asking how my new vehicle is doing for me. I can't say enough about the staff and process they do here, you will have to find out for yourself, and you won't be disappointed. I normally don't go through a dealership because of the horror stories from people, but Stapp changed all of that for me. 100% KUDOS to everyone. Now help me get a rim medallion and a new grill LOLOLOLOL

I will say this, the family style dealership will always

I will say this, the family style dealership will always be the way to go especially with a car buying experience. Julia made this purchase 100% above and beyond especially the transparency and knowledge of the product. Nothing forced, pushed or making me buy unwanted or needed purchases. The financing part was really direct , to the point and easy (smooth) which made me feel like a valued customer. I understand dealerships are in the business to make $$$ but this dealership gets you to the finish line and doesn’t make you feel like you have “buyers remorse” . I would have loved to purchase a new grand Highlander but was presented with real time options, pricing and financing in which the pre owned made more sense for me and appreciated the options and pre approval before I reached the dealership to test drive. I loved the vehicle but knowing if it wasn’t the right fit, drove like crap or just out of price range knowing that I can walk away without the normal dealership salesperson drama!!! I have to shout out to Jacob after a phone call to say I was upset about a credit denial from a credit union that I was walking away from this vehicle. He explained in detail the financing steps and assured me, they have better options!! Usually that’s a sales pitch, but Jacob was spot on and Julia got me Toyota Financial in which in a few years when I want a newer vehicle, I can get buyer loyalty and same financing!!! It’s nice to know that the salesperson (Julia) actually listened to me. I will end by saying Stapp Toyota should be your first stop for any and all Toyota’s or any new and used vehicle. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Traded in my Honda Pilot and forget my garage opener.

Traded in my Honda Pilot and forget my garage opener. I texted the sales guy and never got a response. He didn’t bother to look for it. When I went in to get my clear bra and sealant done, they told me my trade in sold off. No apology or explanation. I there and then that once they made there commission off me I did not matter to them. Don’t shop there they put profit over people.
