    Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Car of interest was parked at front curb ready for my review. All employees were courteous and quick; my salesperson... was located and appeared immediately. Whitney was sole contact throughout visit and purchase, knowledgeable and personable. No hesitation to refer others or for future car buying.

    I took my vehicle in to get a noise diagnosed that was happening when I changed temps inside the car. At the time of checkin I was told the diagnostic... fee was $135. After about an hour and a half of waiting the service person came back and said the technician would need more time and the cost was going to be $405. I have a hard time believing that a Toyota Technician, who services Toyota vehicles all day long, could not make a reasonable assumption on the noise coming from my vents. This was not a very positive experience for me and will think twice about having my other Toyota Vehicles services there.

    Chris- In our service department we do not do "assumptions", we make a complete diagnosis. Without any additional information about the vehicle, the m...iles or service history it's difficult how long it would take for a proper diagnosis. When a vehicle is brought into our service department our goal is to get the diagnosis and repair correctly the first time. An improper diagnosis leads to poor results and possible additional repairs. I apologize if this was not clearly communicated to you.
