One of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a car. Wasted time, incorrect math on offers, Still no points added to Lincoln Way, no idea about the... details of the benefits for Black Label Aviator. Not so much as an offer for a glass of water during the process. A terrible, long story. First time I've purchased an American car. I'll rethink that next time.

I had a great experience purchasing the car, I enjoyed the quality and profesional service of the staff

Gus and Mundy did a great job assisting me with the purchase of a Jeep Liberty for my daughter. Gus was very patient as I took the car for a test drive... and carefully looked through and touched everything to ensure it worked as promised. Mundy was great at getting the price where I needed it to be. The car is in great shape and I look forward to my daughter having many wonderful years with her "new" Jeep. Thanks again Gents!
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback on your visit! Please let us know if there is ever anything else we can do for you! Safe... travels!
Have had nothing but aggravation from service department All the y do is either try to make up excuses or don?t respond to calls. I have owned this car... for a little over a week. Have been in a loaner longer than I have used my NEW CAR

I was calling for 2 days I left messages with no answer. The second day I called they didn't even answer they sent directly to voicemail. The receptionists... were very rude at Pine Lincoln and Pines Ford.

I’m seriously considering a new Raptor so I went into the dealership and asked for a test drive. I was told there are “no test drives”. I said it’s a $70k... truck and I can’t drive it before I buy it? They told me no. I later called the sales manager who didn’t sound happy that he had to take a call. He said yes that’s our policy and wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t seem interested in selling a vehicle. I told him that other dealerships that are farther away will allow test drives and he said ok. He could care less. I definitely will not but from this dealership because they have zero customer service and could care less about my business which I will take elsewhere.
FOR ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW: It is our policy NOT to test drive any of our exotic vehicles UNTIL a consensus of purchase is reached. Not before. Th...e same reason people do not just show up at a Ferrari dealer and decide to take showroom cars for a spin. There is a perfectly good reason for the policy, it is out of courtesy to the ACTUAL buyer of the special vehicle who demands the unit be delivered with the miles as close to 0 as possible and with the least amount of usage. That is also the reason why people pay premiums on these units.
1. Purchased a $85,000 Lincoln Navigator. Had to wait 2 months to receive the vehicle. 2. Vehicle finally arrives (after an extra month long wait). ... We were never shown how to use the vehicle even after making several calls to have someone take us through the vehicle. Promises of we will come to your house and show you. 3. First oil change, we have an engine issue. Engine not running right. Lincoln tells us the engine is fine. 4. Bring engine back for second oil change. Lincoln now is admitting there is radiator fluid in the oil that has contaminated the engine. They said the engine needed a full rebuild (one side of the engine). 5. Vehicle is rattling and making engine noise. Bring back to Pines and they said, oh yeah, we didn't tighten everything the way we should have. Get the vehicle back two days later. 6. Still not running correctly, has idle issues (RPM rev). They claim again, nothing wrong. 7. Took the Navigator to Doral Lincoln (this is where you should buy your Lincoln! Awesome people, great service). 8. Doral Lincoln states yes, the engine has problems. They make another repair (replaced the head). 9. We get the vehicle back and it is still having problems. Doesn't power up, has lag. 10. Bring back to Pines Lincoln. They tell me yes, it has a lag issue and we are going to need to repair it. Not sure if turbo lag or something else, but definitely an engine issue. 11. Get a call from the service manager. States: "my technician found the engine has a lag, and I know he told you we would repair it, but I am claiming that is normal. We will not repair this vehicle again." This gentlemen (Robert Guzman) informs me we are tired of working with you and hearing your complaints. 12. The moral to this story is: Go Anywhere Else!!!

Be warned! The raised the price in the middle of a sale! I was trying to buy a 2015 Navigator AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE from their web site . I Sent... in all my paperwork including, credit card# for down payment and a ford credit application which they REQUIRE you to do ( even though I had cash) Next day I called to finalize and the used car manager said he had decided to raise the price $1000! I was stunned, but I politely said - "that is not ethical" Then he hung up on me!! I then spoke to the dealership manager and he said they would take care of me and I could expect to hear back. I never got a call back from anyone. If you are buying used here beware! That's my experience.
After negotiating for two days with a used car sales manager named Mundy, my wife and I drove from Tampa down to Miami Pines Ford to get a used Certified... 2017 Ford Fusion. It was posted on auto-trader. When we arrived we were greeted by two sales men. As we walked in the door, they were fighting over who would get our business. This conversation continued with Mundy inside as well. It was an unprofessional first impression. It did not get better. Mundy did not listen to specifics, he was dealing with other cars, other sales guys were walking in, interrupting to ask where things were. He even took social calls while we waited. It was clear that there was no company culture and we did not feel like valued customers. Once we test drove the vehicle, Mundy, informed me that the car was NOT certified and that the posting was just incorrect and it was Auto Traders fault. We discussed this with Mundy further to determine if the car was certifiable and I was asked to pay the fee in order to certify the car. He was not willing to accept the blame or have Ford take care of the issue, he blamed Auto Trader for the mistake and attempted to split the difference. We go over to the showroom and Mundy tried everything to run my wife’s credit even though we walked in with a preapproval letter from one of the largest credit unions in the state. We had made it very clear that we had a time constraint, we had already driven 4.5 hours, and Mundy told us there were 2 deals ahead of us. He then asked my wife to fill out some basic paperwork. When we questioned him and said again that we would not fill out the Ford Credit Application because (3rd time) we were pre-approved, he blamed us for not being able to verify who we are then went ahead and got his manager to inform us that they would no longer do business with us. This was the worst car experience. Obviously we did not purchase the car after driving round-trip eight hours. We always do our homework, we avoid the xxxxxxxx deals in financing because we know we can get an awesome rate with GTE. I would never recommend this place or purchase anything from this dealership. Read the rest of the negative reviews. I feel like I needed my lawyer present! This dealership has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and should be shut down for being such a scam. Con artists They treated us like we were bothering them and unwilling to negotiate or help at all.
