Took my F150 for a recall issue and front light issue.

Took my F150 for a recall issue and front light issue. Truck sat at their location for 5 days and no call back or info as to when it would be repaired. I stopped by and was told that the recall part was not available ,which is fine. But that they did not repair the front light which is a safety issue at night and not balance the tires is just ridiculous. This dealer is not reliable.

I saw an add for a truck online.

I saw an add for a truck online. Looked like good deal. Pictures looked good and title looked good. Add said that truck was Ford certified. I made the deal. I'm from Michigan, so I bought airline ticket and flew down. Salesman picked me up at airport (nice guy). That is where the fun started. Get to dealership and there were 5 dents in the body and bumper that was not disclosed. They told me that the add made a mistake and it was not Ford Certified as advertised. Said there was new tires installed and an alignment was done also (truck only had 30,000 on it). I couldn't back out so, I accepted the dents that were not disclosed. They weren't huge and I could deal with the minor appearance problems. I had to get on the road to drive back to Michigan. After getting up to 55 MPH a distinct vibration started and once to 65 it started getting extreme. At 70 plus it would put your hands to sleep. NEW TIRES NOT BALANCED. Also truck was wondering al over the road. Steering wheel had way to much play. bumps in the highway would almost knock the steering wheel out of my hands it was so extreme. It was like there was no front shocks or they didn't work. I'm old fashion and typically don't wear a seat belt. Truck scared me and I wore my seat belt all the way home. For a dealership to release a vehicle like that without fixing or disclosing the issues is downright dishonest and immoral. I know have the truck into a mechanic to see if he can diagnose the problems that should have been taken care of by PINES Ford. Who knows what the cost will be? If you are looking for a vehicle, stay clear of this dishonest and shameful dealership! I certainly hope this helps people like me that expect honesty and decency!

I purchased my used Lexus on July 1, 2023 and as of today, January 5, 2024 it’s stilll not registered. My Credit Union received the Title but Pines Ford still has approximately $3,500 that they collected from me and won’t return to me. I moved to Texas a week after buying the vehicle and need it registered. They have lied, deceived, hung up on me and avoided me. There’s much more but too long. Pablo, the UC Manager lied to me and when confronted had a temper tantrum then hung up on me. I suppose he thinks he’s getting even but I’ve just started to fight back. I just wrote to the FL Attorney General.

A frustrating car buying experience.

Upon entering the dealer's building, I immediately sensed that I might be in the wrong place. To start, I was informed that they were understaffed, and I had to wait for Omar, who turned out to be a less than pleasant salesman. I had called ahead, and on the phone, I was told there were several Mavericks to choose from. However, when I arrived, there were only three available. I inquired about a test drive, but Omar was uncooperative and insisted that I could only drive the car within the parking lot. Politely, I asked about lease promotions, and despite Omar's initial insistence that they only dealt with sales, I persisted in seeing the leasing options. To my surprise, when he returned with the numbers, the MSRP had mysteriously increased by $4,000, labeled as a "Market Price" adjustment. This left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, and I promptly got up and left, considering it one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. Regardless of what they might be offering, I have no intention of returning to this establishment.

I bought a pre-owned 2022 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCrew from

I bought a pre-owned 2022 Ford F150 Lariat SuperCrew from this dealer and very happy with the vehicle and overall, how the sale went. I got the deal I proposed without my trade which I sold privately 2 days later. I’d like to recognize 3 of the sales team that made the deal happen… 1-Marthlene Giamarese, BDC Mgr. who was my first contact when I found the vehicle on the web. She jumped through hoops for me from beginning to end & never lost her cool despite how demanding I was early on. 2-George Cabral who was my sales consultant. He showed me the vehicle, all the features, test drive and was a “no pressure/easy going” salesman who I would buy from again. He was easy to get a hold of on the phone and met or exceeded all my requests. He made sure I got new carpet mats with the truck and had it detailed ready to go upon delivery. 3-Lastly, Luis Rivas, the finance mgr., made the paperwork process easy with no stress. The fact that I bought the vehicle for cash with no financing sure helped. But he was very intelligent, knowledgeable, and provided me with a lot of info on extended warranties and how my new tag would be processed & mailed. As for the truck…I absolutely love it! It is a big upgrade from my old 2011 Ford F150 FX2. Specifically, the 10-speed transmission, the ride quality, safety features, towing, styling, and comfort is amazing. While I appreciate technology, it is overwhelming to say the least. It has been almost a month and I still can’t figure out the Infotainment system and other dash features. These trucks don’t come with an owner’s manual & the dealer said they special order me one but I’m still waiting. While millennials may enjoy online research, we old-school baby-boomers like owner’s manuals. This dealership was a 65 RT mile drive for me but well worth the trip. They have a huge dealership with tons of inventory. This vehicle was sold with the “Ford Gold Certified Blue Advantage” which made the deal well worth it. It included an extended Powertrain warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles, remaining 36M bumper-2-bumper warranty, Ford Rewards Points (still waiting for these to get credited), Sirius Radio trial, and thorough inspection of the vehicle along with 4 free oil changes. I’ll travel back here for my complimentary oil changes. You’ll be satisfied just like many other customer reviews have indicated. Thanks.

I suspect that Someone working at the dealership (in my opinion) made a key to our vehicle, ( we found out later a new key was added to our vehicle) they disabled the GPS antenna by ripping the rear panel and ripping the wires out of it. To disable GPS REPORTING. This was planned out. The camera shows Someone came onto the lot, talking to someone else on the phone being directed towards our car. They enter the car, started it, and drove away immediately How would they know that car is drivable? It’s in a service area of the Ford dealer. Our covers are covered the next day with Parts stolen off of it about $10,000. Our title now shows a theft recovery vehicle it lost $8000 of value. The dealer claims they are not responsible for anything at all and were very rude cold and friendly and helpful this whole time. They refused to do anything to help us. The police officer said there were other vehicle stolen from that lot as well in the past. So figure it out for yourself there’s still under investigation.

Nothing I despise more than a lazy staff especially in

Nothing I despise more than a lazy staff especially in Management! As a business manager with another dealership I was attempting to assist our customer in canceling her previous warranty on her trade in and I was directed to the finance dept after being on hold for several minutes. Nothing but pure laziness telling the customer they have to go to the dealership ( out of state ) or another Ford ( in state ) then assisting them. All I was trying to obtain was the form to fill out and send in to them for her since my knowledge on the topic is better than the customers. Nope no good for the guy I spoke to which exemplifies GREED! Only assist when making money but not helping the customer. Terrible
