The Gunn Acura service department did another outstanding

The Gunn Acura service department did another outstanding job! My RDX needed major brake and suspension work. Once again, my service advisor, John Thomas, did an excellent job! He is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Kudos to the service technician for a wonderful repair job.

Immediate service, great experience.

Immediate service, great experience. I made an appointment with Brandon and they took care of the rest. We drove to dealership because we don't have Acura locally. Entered the service bay and was immediately greeted and confirmed my reason for the visit, asked if there were any further issues or questions. Reviewed and photographed car and offered to wash the car at the end. In an hour, my car's software updates were complete and car washed and I was on my way. Everything i expected and a little more. Wish we had one of their dealerships in our local area.

Great experience with this Acura dealership and my service representative, Brandon! I brought my MDX in for a diagnostic check, priority need was an oil change only and it was turned around the next day. He added a special discount he found available to my final invoice, saving me a lot of money. Thank you Brandon! I’ll be back again. I highly recommend this Acura dealership and their service department.
