First off I have NEVER WROTE A BAD REVIEW for any business. This dealer ship has been a Nightmare, we bought a truck and within 1months the truck was messed up, they took a while came out to our house, tried to act like they fixed it, then it’s broke down again. We towed it back down there from MD, on our expense. Then he says we need to pay $6000 to get it fixed. Here we are getting another loan bc we didn’t know what else to do. We finally get it back after 6months, maybe even longer. We had it for a couple weeks IF THAT, and couldn’t drive it anymore. We have been paying a truck payment, now another loan payment on truck for a whole year that we haven’t been able to drive at all. NOW HES TELLING US BASICALLY WERE SCREWED , to go get another loan so he could find us another truck. I’m lost, I’m actually devastated that someone could actually be so cruel, my husband has been so chill with them, never once got nasty even the last time when the truck wouldn’t run as we’re on OUR WAY TO OUR DAUGHTERS FUNERAL!!! I mean how could you possible think any of this is ok? Especially to good people, that have been NOTHING BUT PATIENT WITH YOU. Do we get a lawyer? I mean , I don’t know what else to do. We can’t get three loans for one vehicle? Sorry for the LONG POST, just want people to be aware. By the way the last pic is AFTER the work they did 🤦🏼‍♀️

Absolute trash work here and they are lying jerks just to make a buck! Sold a flooded car and caused so many issues their only response was it was sold as is we don’t know anything. How did it pass inspection??

If your looking for a diesel in Hampton Roads this is the place. Most dealerships have one maybe two. They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing. My wife and I bought a truck from here in July 2021. When we bought the truck we told the owner we had a trade in as well as a check from the bank. Long story short we traded our crv in as well as handed him a check from our bank for the purchase of the truck. When I asked him would that cover taxes, fees, etc. he told us yes. While doing paperwork he asked if we wanted new tags or wanted our tags transferred from the crv. We opted to transfer tags. Fast forward a month and I get pulled over. The officer tells me my tags are registered to a crv. I immediately called the dealership and was told by the owner “I didn’t transfer the tags because you never paid me the taxes on the vehicle!” I am in law enforcement and needless to say was upset that I was illegally driving my truck. The owner said if I pay him $1,000.00 + for the taxes he could transfer my tags. Again….. this is not what we were told otherwise we would have gotten a check to cover this at purchase. It is now almost January….. still no tags and still no taxes paid because the dealership refuses to cover this after we were told something completely different and the truck is now sitting. And to top it off, my bank still has not received the title to the truck!!!! I have called repeatedly with no return call. Left several messages. Even sent several text messages with no reply. We are currently talking with an attorney to get this matter settled. I highly suggest anyone going here reconsider and go anywhere else!

This business doesn’t even deserve one star. My boyfriend bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado, which was sold to him by Jason. When my boyfriend when to their lot, he was purely looking, and looking was ALL he wanted to do. However , Jason was persistent and got the sale. The truck has been nothing but issues! Ever since the day he brought it home we’ve had problems left and right. This business is a scam! All they want is the sale. MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will take your money with a smile on their face and sell you a xxx vehicle!

I was looking at getting a new vehicle and wanted something big and powerful! I hadn't owned a diesel truck before so I was clueless on what would be a good fit for me. Jeff was so helpful! He took the time to go over the ins and outs of every brand and what they had to offer. He answered so many questions I had and even while I couldn't decide which one I gave him a call on his personal phone and took the time to really narrow it down. I am always skeptical purchasing from a dealership but I knew that buying from him was definitely the right choice and he really made me feel like a friend and not just some sucker that would get taken advantage of. I'm so happy with my purchase and now the wife wants one too!! We will definitely be buying all of our future vehicles from him. Thanks for making me feel like part of the family Jeff!

Great group. Got me qualified in a vehicle within my price and what I was looking for. Jeff and Tyler went far and beyond of what is expected of a dealership. They were both relaxed and friendly. Did not feel as if there were there just to get a sale. Will be recommending anyone who is looking.

Came in to look at a lifted F250, Truck was (and still is) amazing. I worked directly with Jeff from the dealership on the sale and it was good to buy a car from an actual person instead of the usual 'car salesman' type. I just wish they sold cars too, but otherwise it was a great experience. Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

Buying a car is always a huge challenge. But Imports of Tidewater manage to make my purchase fun and painless not only did Jeff Saxon locate the truck of my dreams but has kept up his end of the deal. Thank you for all your help and I will never buy another truck or car from anyone else.
