WORST DEALERSHIP IN RALEIGH/DURHAM

Bought a Volkswagen eos from them. On the way home the check wngine light came on. During our 90 day warranty we tried to get it taken to them to fix 5 times but there was always an excuse. Mechanic not here or whatever. We were able to bri g it up to them twice and instead of checking the whole car and truly finding the issue, all they did was turn the dash lights off and told us to come back of they come back on. So in mo the 4 right after the warranty ended. Because of their half assed laziness and incompetence, our head gasket blow even though we mept up with all maintenance to a T. And now that its blown they dont care at all. Asked for our down paymebt back or at least part but instead of taking care of customers they only care about money and what is easy for them. Worst dealership ive ever been to and will now be having attorneys involved. AVOID BUYI G A CAR HERE AT ALL COSTS. UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE WORTHLESS IN LESS THAN A YEAR.

Dont go to R32 they are a ripp off

They tell you all these lies to get your money they dont stand on their word and they have there customers write something good for them so they can look good which is all lies I took my hard earn money to get a car 30 days ago now I have to turn around and spend thousands of dollars on repairs on the car that they new from the start and pay a car payment and they told me I should have saved some money for repairs because I knew what I was getting into it's sad that I can even make to work without thinking an I go in g to need a jump when I leave dont go to there mechanics either because they are frauds to they afr in it together dont say I didn't warn you guys

Terrible Purchase

In order to post you have to give a least one star. I personally think this should have no stars at all. I made a purchase 10/12/19......by 10/14 the car was smelling like burning oil, and sometimes would not drive forward(transmission). I called and was told to bring the car in for repair. After the so called repair the car still did not drove properly. I called back a week later and the car would not drive. Took the car in to complain about the same issue and was told he replaced the valve cover gasket and didn’t charge me anything. Ummmmm......Sir the car was burning oil three days after purchase therefore the valve cover gasket needed replacement before I made my purchase therefore you should have repaired for free. I have since sat here and read all the reviews for this business in total discuss. My stomach hurts to see how many people have experienced these issues with this same place. At this point there has to be something done posting these reviews is not making this Man loose business he’s still up and running taking people money like we don’t have to work hard everyday. I think we should all find a way to join together to make sure He stops doing this. I have made contact with WRAL 5 on your side to voice my concerns. He will not get away with taking my money. I have also put in a request to speak with someone at the BBB, I’m calling the DOJ. Any and everyone I can call even if they can’t help me I’m calling. He has to know he can not continue to prey on people, and messing with my money is like stealing from my kids which makes me a ANGRY MOM. And yes I’m taking him to court, the same money he stole and yes he stole it by selling me a car I can’t drive, I will spend the same amount to make sure this nonsense stops with the people in the area. MESSED WITH THE WRONG SINGLE MOM I WORK TO HARD TO SURVIVE.

The entire process was very easy. Test drive to paperwork was enjoyable. Good car with one minor issue which was corrected immediately.
