Wonderful program - very happy with our car!

Freedom Wheels uses the profits from this car lot to help needy families get affordable, safe, reliable transportation. I met Kim Hernandez in October 2015 when I needed to replace my son's car. We are so happy with the 2003 Acura TL S I bought that day - and because the navigation system didn't work, they ordered a new one and let me know when it arrived so I could take the car in to have it replaced. Freedom Wheels is THE FIRST PLACE I would look for a used vehicle. There's not enough good things to say about the program or the business!

A Great Concept...Just Answer The Phone!?

I am somewhat confused. I came across this dealer on cars.com. It initially appeared to be a great deal, but the lack of response has been discouraging. I sent an e-mail and called several times without receiving a response. I even stayed on the phone for long periods of time. I am reserving judgment for now, but concerned that according to comments not responding to phone calls and e-mails were an issue in July 2016. It seems ?Freedom Wheels? has a great concept, but is still lacking in basic day to day operations. Does the dealership even exist anymore?

I apologize for the lack of response. We changed our email provider and recently discovered that many of our online leads are being received in our "junk" mail. We are working to have that corrected. As for not returning messages, being short staffed is not an excuse. We take pride in our customer service and strive to answer each and every call. We will certainly work harder to see that we continue to offer the customer service that we are known for.

Great Service

They were very honest. When they contacted me they asked what I was looking for and they told me each specific car the model, year, miles, pricing that was in my price range. Cars he did not recommend he told me what was wrong with it and why he wouldn't offer that as a first car

I apologize for not contacting you. It was recently discovered that numerous emails from the dealer sites are being directed into our junk folders of our email accounts. We have taken steps to correct that action. It is certainly our intent to contact each person who is interested in our vehicles as the net proceeds of each sale is used to prepare a vehicle for a low-income family. I hope you will consider Freedom Wheels in future vehicle needs.

AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!

I am very pleased with my 04 Honda element I purchased from freedom wheels. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The car I purchased ended up having a small issue and freedom wheels couldn't have been more helpful with fixing it. Kim made sure I was updated on my vehicle as it was serviced. She even gave me her personal cell so I could contact her about car. Excellent customer service here!!!! This is an honest dealership to buy an excellent priced, reliable and quality used car from. It took over 6 hrs. to complete the sale. I drove 3 hours to get my van. The salesman told me the tires were good they were not. I drive the 3 hours home. The next day the check engine light along with VSC light comes on. The DVD player doesn't work. I can't get the salesman to return my phone call. Never again.

A Year Later after purchase...

12 + months after my purchase, I am still pleased with the performance and reliability of the 1997 Jeep Wrangler I purchased back in in 2012. In my opinion...Freedom Wheels are Good Honest Folks. Even a year later, I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.
