Montrose Kia

This was my first time buying a car, and my boyfriend had purchased his a few years ago from Montrose Kia. I had the opportunity to work with Daniel Ortiz for this, and he was incredibly helpful. I told him what kind of car, price, and milage I was looking for, and he called me back within hours and had my Mazda brought to their store so I could test drive it! Went in Saturday and walked out in a few short hours with my new car :) I'm so happy with my purchase, the pricing, and all the hard work that was put into in from Daniel! When I'm looking for my next car, I'll definitely go back there and am referring my friends and family there as well. Thanks again!

Forest Daniels did an excellent job leading our family through the leasing process at Montrose Kia. Although this is not our Kia Lease, this was our first experience with Montrose Kia. We came to Montrose when our previous Kia dealer was unable to work around our schedule for repairs/maintenance on our previous Kia lease (a Sportage). They have always treated our Sportage like one of the family and were honest with us regarding the cost vs. turn in value. So on 9-2-13, my family and I came to Montrose to consider a trade in. Forest patiently worked with our family to find the best vehicle to meet our family's needs and budget. He took us on three test drives, listened to countless stories of being a Cleveland teacher, tolerated the impatience of a two year old who needed a nap. The finance managers at Montrose Kia were never pushy; they were organized. I would recommend the experience to anyone.

Forest worked with family to make sure our family stayed within our budget and was driving the best vehicle for our needs. We love our new Kia. Forest was patient as we debated the many options and took us on three different test drives! He showed us their service department and made sure that we worked with a finance manager who wasn't going to push extra products on us that we did not want or need. Excellent job Forest!!

When I visit Montrose Kia I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted but after talking with Mr. Bowen I ended up with the Cadenza. Mr. Bowen was very helpful and patient with me, even when I left and told him I'll be back. He even call to see if there was anything he could do to help me with purchase. Right then he gain my respect and that is why I went back. I take my hat off to Mr. Bowen and the rest of the staff at Montrose Kia they are truly a friendly group of people that will stay with you until the deal is final.
