Mikey Criss "asked" what we wanted, "listened" to what we wanted, and "found" what we wanted. When I said I was still looking, he didn't try to strong-arm me. He did however email me photos of the car I liked, which was kind of a sneaky ploy, but it worked because we went back and bought it. I dislike car salesmen in general, but Mikey is one of the two I DO like! If you're looking for a KIA, go to Montrose in Sheffield and ask for Mikey.

They gave me a free tire rotation on my car.

They gave me a free tire rotation on my car.. that was very nice of them to do that. Because I told them I want to speak with the manager and they told me no don’t do that we will do a tire rotation for free. Because I have a 2024 Kia SUV. Thank u Kia.

Rachel and Bob took very good care of me at Montrose Kia.

Rachel and Bob took very good care of me at Montrose Kia. I took my vehicle in for service and I was shuttled home and back to the dealership when my vehicle was serviced. The service took about an hour and a half, I am very pleased.

Very quick efficient service dept! Polite, personable help! No verbal explanation of service, but there were no problems found and I was given a complete written report! Quick pick up and return home.
