Look at the reviews sorted by most helpful. After you get past the 1 star ratings there's a 5 star review every day going back months in 2025. I bet it's not customers writing those generic sounding reviews to boost their rating... just saying. I did actually deal with these people. Don't waste your time. It is the worst possible stereotype of a used car lot and the salesmen that work there. I called about a vehicle I was interested in and asked for an out the door price on paper. Told them I was willing to put a deposit down and come buy it within three days if we could an agree on a price. They said they would get me one, and 10 days later after multiple phone calls to the salespeople and the general manager Nate just asking for what the car would cost, I still couldn't get any real answer out of them or anything on paper. I decided to drive two hours there and just see if I could make a deal. In person, the car had clearly been in an accident even though they touted the clean carfax. There was obvious repair work on the outside, unprepared broken trim pieces, and pry marks on the interior panels. They finally admitted it had been damaged after I pointed all that out, so they knew that from the start. When I asked for the out the door price on paper they added $2500 to the price it was listed for online plus all their other fees. I pointed it out, and they said I misread the price on their website. I pulled it up and showed them (I was correct). Then they said it was a dealer prep fee. "usually the prep fee was $5,000 so we're giving you half off." I took them back to the car and asked what they prepped. The carpet was dirty, an exterior trim piece had a hole in it, two wheel covers were missing and all four wheels had curb rash on them. They stared at me and didn't have an answer. I told them I would pay what they had it listed for online. Then they gave me another bill of sale that still had a few hundred dollars added to the price, but the GM Nate said he had to talk to his boss first. They also gave me a copy of their "safety inspection paperwork", but it wasn't even for the correct car. After another hour waiting around, they took me aside and said they actually couldn't even do the deal they had just put on paper and went back to the original jacked up price. I just walked away. Ended up wasting a whole day. Don't make the same mistake. Oh, they also said they'd match my banks rate for financing if I did it through them, but then when I told them the rate they couldn't actually do that either.

I came to Bristol Auto Mall after getting referred by a coworker and I'm glad I listened. The staff was friendly and upfront, and they had a wide variety of cars. I ended up with a clean, low-mileage SUV that I absolutely love. They made the process easy and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car.
