Was told the vehicle I was busy was in good shape mechanically an the only damage was the bed but that was far from the truth, also the check engine light... came on several hours after leaving the lot and to top it off I almost died in said vehicle when the braking system completely failed come to find out that the braking system was in bore shape when I purchased the truck and was not disclosed when I was in the process of getting the vehicle, so at the point to get it in shape to even drive it will cost over 4,000 and was told it won't pass inspection and have been getting the runaround fro the shop the sent me , I am starting to feel like I have a lemon.

I had a great experience at Bristol Automall. Troy did an excellent with the sale of my Nissan van. He was very patient with me and took time to answer... all my questions. The repairs promised on the car were all done right the first time. Everyone I came into contact at this dealership had a very up beat attitude and I could tell they all enjoyed providing high quality service to their customers. This place is absolutly terrible. Went there looking at one of there xxx used cars and the sales manager kept hitting on my 11 year old daughter. These... guys have zero class and even less knowledge on vehicles and customer service. Salesman littlerly told me if i dont buy this car he will find someone else to buy it for 2k more. Definitely shady....do not take your family here. Pretty sure the owner was racist being im black. He kept calling me boy and assumed i had no credit! How is this place still open?
I have never been more disappointed in a dealership. These guys suck. Hands down. Worst sales team. Even worse customer service...and a sales person “fought”... with a customer in front of everybody. Pathetic.
