I was really shocked when I contacted Ocean Auto Sales to ask a simple question about a car they had listed for sale. A guy named Wally answered the phone and he was instantly pushy. He did not want to answer my questions, but was instead bent on getting me into the dealership. He mocked me for knowing the value of the car I was calling about and numerous times spoke to me in a manner suggesting he thought he might be able to intimidate me with his special insight (not!). He straight up refused to disclose the information I sought.

Dishonest deceptive trade practices
I bought a car from these guys and they are highly misleading and they use deceptive trade packages. They sold me a car that had a major problem that was easily masked by leaving the dipstick out to relieve the vacuum pressure. Within a few hours of buying they refused to do anything whatsoever even though promising to accept the car back if it had major problems. I bought on the weekend unable to take to the mechanic until monday. They deceived me and convinced me to sign the 2 day release by promising me that was only if I did not like the car but if I brought back a mechanic estimate for major issues they would take it back of course. All lies. Even though I bought a warranty this was not covered. They lied, left me high and dry and are bullies. I spoke with Wally in person but he represented himself as someone else. He is a serious liar. Avoid at all cost this place. Bob, Kent, Wally and Pete all lied to my face and they kept passing me between each other.

The bottom of the food chain
Very entertaining people--almost like a comedy film. Wally should cast himself with Danny DeVito for the next blockbuster slapstick comedy film. He and John told us the vehicle came from "a private owner, a local elderly couple," the original owners. The CarFax site gives a history of the car originating in New Jersey, going from dealership to dealership many times, through Washington state without ever being owned by an individual for the past two years. We did not buy. Wally should go to Hollywood. That way, he can read a script (and make more money in an honest way), without having to lie his way in the used car business.
