the worst service ever I took my truck to this guy on for a period of 6months for a pc vale cover & my truck is still leaking over employees are rube & honestly I wouldn't recommend this service to anybody

I don't know any other way to put it other than simply "Refreshing". It was so nice to go to an automotive center that wasn't part of a major chain/ big box store for a change. They provided such a high quality of customer service it was truly amazing. I found out that Ruby Isle Auto is a 2 generation Family Owned and has been in business for over 30 years. I was looking for a safe vehicle for my daughter to drive which to look at a used vehicle they had sale, which I confidently bought :) but left knowing that I now have new place I can trust to take all my vehicles for service because of the great experience I had there. I would recommend anyone to go visit Ruby Isle Auto for any of their auto needs. Like anyone else I check out the reviews/ Facebook of places prior to visiting them and am always some what skeptical of what is said. However in this case everything that I read about Ruby Isle being a great place was dead on! I also gladly Liked them on their Facebook Page which actually has a ton of information on. Go to Ruby Isle Auto FIRST before stopping anywhere else!

I did not purchase a vehicle here, just stopped in to look at vehicle that I saw driving by. Jim came out to greet me as I was checking the vehicle I saw. I expressed my interest in the Honda Accord I saw, however it did not meet the criteria I was looking for. However, Jim was so easy to talk to. He didn't pressure me by any means like other dealers i've been to. I could tell that he was very confident in the quality of the vehicles he had for sale but wanted his customer to be confident and comfortable with the vehicle they purchased.

WOW what a great place! My wife and I were in search of a second vehicle for our growing family. We were out shopping for a vehicle at various dealers in the Milwaukee area when we came across Ruby Isle Auto Sales. Let me tell you they were like no other used dealer. Everyone was so pleasant and nice to speak with, starting with the salesman all the way on up to the owner. We were even introduced to the mechanic who performed the safety inspection and reconditioning services on the vehicle and found out that he is ASE Master Certified and not just "some guy off the street". At the time of our visit they did not have a vehicle that matched our criteria however they took down our information and said they would locate and call me when they found something that fit our needs. Sure enough less than a week later the salesman called and said they had something that might work for us. When I arrived their later that day to see what they had and it was perfect. A 1 Owner Subaru Outback with only 82,000 miles and exceeded our requirements. Needless to say I bought that car that day.

When I first walked into Ruby Isle Auto the first thing I noticed was a long with filled with Automotive Certificates, Credentials and Awards that were earned buy Ruby Isle Auto and their employees. They really are a head of the curve when it comes to their automotive knowledge and repair skills. This is no local town repair shop by any means. In conjunction with their impressive background they are very friendly, kind and easy to work with. They are not pushy at all and present what is needed and what is recommended. They make it easy to understand

I had a very weird running problem with my Jeep Liberty. I took it to 5 different repair shops before I went to Ruby Isle Auto because the issue was never corrected. 1 of the shops said outright that they didn't want to work my car any more. So explained to service writer what the issues were my Jeep was as well as the various wrong diagnosis and how much money I had already spent at the other shops. The service writer was very eager to tackle the job. The next day I received a call updating me on what they felt was causing the running issue on my Jeep. They explained their diagnosis and the process they used to determine that they was an issue with the camshaft in the motor. I was skeptical because of what I already went thru at the other shops, but non the less authorized the repair. The next call I got from Ruby Isle was that my vehicle was all set and ready to be picked, which left me a bit in shock because I was expecting more bad news. When I went to pick up my Liberty I was amazed it ran like it was new again. They even showed me my old camshaft and how one of the points on it had very fine but irregular wear to it. I am now a Ruby Isle Auto customer for life!

I needed to find a quality low priced and reliable vehicle for my college bound daughter. I found it nearly impossible to find such a vehicle. A friend of mine told me about Ruby Isle Auto and said that he trusted their services very much. So I went and checked them out and "go figure" they had the perfect Toyota Corolla for sale. I was very impressed with the quality of the Corolla as well as the services they performed on it prior to offering it for sale. It had New Brakes, Tires, Fresh Oil Change and was detailed very nicely. Best of all it had super low miles and was priced perfectly! I purchase that Corolla from Ruby Isle Auto and when it came for my daughter to off to college I was happy I did.

Nice family owned used car dealer and service center. I test drove a couple vehicles that were for sale at the time and was very impressed with the quality of them. The salesman was very confident in all their vehicles that were for sale because of their high standards for what they offer for sale.

Great vehicles offered for sale. They were easy to deal with and not pushy at all. They just presented the facts about their vehicles for sale and answered all my questions. Plus they had free carfax report.

I have been a customer of Ruby Isle Auto for a long time. I have all my vehicles serviced there and am very satisfied with their quality of repairs as well as their very impressive repair knowledge and vast skill set. Being a Family Owned business they really care about your satisfaction and are truly thankful for your business. However this is no "Mom & Pop" type of place. They have large facility, well trained - experienced - educated mechanics and are able to repair vehicle inside and out. I am very happy to recommend Ruby Isle Auto to anyone in need of car repairs!
