My husband and I came today and traded my 2012 Toyota Camry and they gave us more than Kelly blue book offered and higher than Pacific Honda offered us!!! We drove away with a 2012 Toyota Tundra with the APR rate lower than expected! Sam took great care of us with great customer service and was very easy going and welcoming. We will recommend and refer others to come here 😊 Thank you Sam and thank you Good Guys Auto we will definitely be back!!!

Shady dealership go elsewhere. Ran my credit with a hard credit check when I explicitly asked not to. All the cars I looked at had issues.

Stay the heck away from this unprofessional and lying worthless backyard dealership!! There vehicles are bought with issues that you might not be aware about!! You tell them about the problems with your recently purchased vehicle from them and they'll turn around and tell you that you are the one who gave the vehicle that problem. There mechanic whom they claim looked it over but I can honestly say, "bring your own certified mechanic before purchasing a vehicle from them!!" I highly suggest you look at the body frame or the engine bay carefully; check the engine condition inside out; pay close attention to the transmission and the clutch, especially if it's manual; the biggest thing is sound and vibration coming from the mechanical portions of the car!! They are the biggest rip off's out there like other dead beat backyard dealers!! Don't trust them!! Save your time and money and go to a different dealer if you want a better vehicle!! Cheap from there dealer?!?! Think about it!! A month later or not even a month your car will end up in the shop that needs major repairs and they will straight up tell you they will not pay for the repairs, that's if you're bank already paid them!! Proven fact!! I'm not the only person they did this to as well!! There are others!! I highly suggest you stay away from these jokers that are unprofessional!! By the way, I have to pay over $2000 in major repairs to a car they sold me and I have them my full trust!! Never again!! This is eye opening for me and I hope it is for you as well. I could go on explaining my worse experience with them and trying to get them to do the repairs and all but there is too much to say bad about these guys! Stay away!! Bring your certified mechanic!! Take a good look at body frame and any damages to the vehicle before purchase! My car was involved in an accident too and was never reported by the way!! Engine bay was warped a bit but I didn't noticed and my front bumper came off on the freeway but was held on by some made shift screws they put on it!! Just stay away from these guys!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 2014 chevy siverado in june i test drove it it was fine the day i purchased it i noticed the windshield was cracked and the transmission 3rd and 4th gear was dragging and the engine sounded like a type writer so i called them back and i returned the truck for repair i was told to wright down issues witch i did they kept the truck for a week or so only thing was replaced was the windshield then 2 weeks later check engine light came on i had the plugs and coils and wires replaced check engine was still on plus it was missing big time i informed nada who's the manager i took it back they kept it for a month because the whole top part of the motor had to be replace it was took to the dealer for a diagnostic bad lifters and a bad camshaft all that had to be repaired plus the lift is squeaking like its rusty they never touched the lift to lube or nothing the truck looks beautiful but its a dam lemon i have sensors lights popping up on my dash board the tranny still dragging and it back to sounding like a dam typewriter plus i had to pay another 1500,00 repair after spending 25000 for the truck I'm still o and the mechanic who allegedly rebuilt the motor did it out his garage at his house no recipe no paperwork no warranty no nothing and is that good bissn but its not over

Didn’t know anything about the car I came in to look for. Every question I asked, answer was “oh I don’t know.” Then to top it all off the car I was looking for had bad engine noise and died on us after I went to turn it back on. Overall trash.

Fake ppl. They're croocked. Thier cars look nice but don't be fooled. Once they have your money, good bye nice guya hello bad for business
