Made an appointment to have the oil changed in my wife's 2014 Acura MDX. They did have a loaner for me, as arranged. The service order stated that they... were also to do a courtesy wash and vacuum. They had the vehicle 9 hours. When I went to pay and pick it up, the service writer went to get it and bring it around. I noticed right away that it had not been washed and vacuumed. When i pointed this out, the service writer asked a tech at the oil change rack why it had not been done. He said, "I don't remember that vehicle." I said, "That's because you didn't work on it." The service writer offered to run it through the wash rack. I told her never mind, I'll do it myself. The oil change minder had been reset. I can only hope they actually changed the oil in it.

I always get great service at Acura. I had my car serviced on August 1, 2019 for a B1 service and a required vehicle update. On August 3, 2019, my battery... was dead and my car would not start. I phoned Acura and the service professional talked me through the process of trouble shooting. I ended up purchasing a battery from elsewhere butI do appreciate Acura for their professionalism.

Thanks for responding to my review. I contacted the dealership and the general manager was very rude and did not get back in contact with me about the... issue. Pretty much told me it was all my problem now.
