we had the car less than 2 weeks had to get it towed home when it went dead on the road, we have been calling the dealership and talking to the sales person... he seem to be trying to help but he has to get going to his boss,

I loved Acura of Little Rock...till I was fired for what I feel was wrong. You have an old Service Manager telling you to tell customers to come back if... they have no appointment If they come in 530pm or later. Then a new Service Manager comes in and tells you the same thing. Your GM yells at you in FRONT of a customer. You come to work the next working day and explain but Billy..i guess the main manager doesn't care and fires you. I hope things for the better happen at Acura of Little Rock I really liked working there.
My experience was nothing less than 5 star! From the moment I came in for a B1 service call, to the fact that I ended up buying a car. The car on the... lot had Black interior, which I didn?t want. Cecil found me a car with light interior in Oklahoma. Within 5 days, I had the most beautiful Accura RLX delivered to my front door. James, another salesman spent a couple of hours going over the workings of this car with me and my husband. James was patient and knowledgeable about this car and walked us thru everyone of our questions. A very pleasant experience and I could not be happier with my new car!
