Don’t buy from this guy!!

Beware of this dealer’s deceptive practice of providing a “certified inspection report” on their as-is vehicles! The $10,000 vehicle I purchased that was in “A plus mechanical condition” according to the inspection report they provided needs over $6000 in repairs—4 items of which “passed” on the fraudulent report. Steve agreed to take care of the repairs but then kept put me off for an entire month. On the last phone call, I expressed my irritation for him trying to postpone the repair another week & my concern for my safety as it feels like the front end is going to break when I drive it. I also explained my frustration that this repair would cost 4 hours of drive time to get the vehicle to him, that I would be without a vehicle for 3 days & the cost of all that time & gas was unfairly falling on me—He immediately started yelling at me & retracted his offer. Since the window on their business says that they buy vehicles, I suggested they simply buy the vehicle back & do the repairs on their own timeframe. He said they “don’t have to do anything”. Currently pursuing litigation for fraud so I’ll update this review periodically!

Yap! I bought a fifth car from Dealer World

Yap, I did it again!… I recently purchased my fifth vehicle from Dealer World. I bought a 2008 GMC Yukon back in 2010 and I never had a mechanic problem with our SUV. Then I purchased a Honda Accord, a Nissan Frontier, a Chevy Aveo, and a Toyota Highlander. I trade in a used vehicles and Steven gave me high Blue Book value. I work full time at Park City and I could not stop by the dealer to sign forms. Karen, Steven’s wife, send me Docusign forms after I submitted an online application for financing. My grandkids are growing up and I they their own transportation. I do not even check other dealerships. I call or text Steven who is always available and willing to find you the vehicle you want to drive and not what other dealerships wants you to buy. I do not know another business owner with the integrity and ethical values of Steven and his wife Karen. I am beyond happy with my new Toyota Highlander and so grateful that Steven took the time to search for a reliable vehicle I want it with very low monthly payments and interest rates. Thank you Steven, you are the best!

A Nightmare from Steve

I first encountered Steve, the owner of Dealer World, when we purchased a used car in May of this year. At first, he came across as nice and helpful (although loud and kind of obnoxious). In our deal, he agreed to install brand new tires and leather seats. With the installation scheduled, he handed us the keys and we got in the car. The car was FILTHY (he had told us it would be detailed but forgot to deliver). In addition, the car was out of gas and didn't have floor mats. I decided that my time could be better spent elsewhere and didn't push on the lack of detailing, gas, and floor mats. A couple of days later we dropped the car off at the dealership to have the seats and tires replaced. When we got the car back (he postponed the tire installation) there were vape pens and cartridges left IN the car (keep in mind my son is under the age to buy tobacco and this was his car). Additionally, the car's mileage was at 16 MPG when it had been at 29.3 MPG indicating the car was NOT taken care of AND they failed to pull the seatbelts out in the back seats making them unusable. I complained to Steve and he shrugged it off and said he would not install the tires if we liked. We still wanted to have the tires installed and against our better judgment allowed Dealer World to install the tires. Afterwhich, EVERY SINGLE warning light in the car would go off. We later found out Dealer World failed to properly balance the car AND they installed 4 DIFFERENT TIRES that were all the cheapest ones available. This resulted in a traumatic experience at a Honda Dealership. After describing these issues to Steve he said he would just give us the BALD tires back. During all these repairs Steve offered loner cars. Like my purchased car, EVERY SINGLE ONE was out of gas. We tried 3 different cars and every single one was out of gas. This wasted my time and added significant stress to what should be a very simple service. I was also not called when the plates were delivered to the dealership. I would never go back to Dealer World and would ask anyone and everyone to please avoid Steve and his games. He fails to pay attention to details and instead focuses on talking as loud as possible. Everything is on his time and his way. ONLY go to dealer world if you are looking for a headache and problems.

Happy Customer!

After looking for many months, we finally settled on a Honda Pilot from Dealer World. We drove the car home, parked it in our garage and left it for two days. When we tried to start it again, the battery was dead. We ended up replacing the battery. Steve, upon learning about the problem, immediately offered to take care of the cost. He was pleasant, helpful, and great to work with. We would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Great Service

We had a great buying experience. No pressure, we had to come after hours and Steve accommodated us since we were coming from a distance. We came and looked, he answered questions and no pressure. We came back a couple of weeks later, fortunately the car was still available and Steve made it easy to buy. We would definitely recommend Steve and Dealer World.

Exceptional service

We recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot from Dealer World. We worked with Karen online then drove from Pocatello and purchased the car from Steve in less than 30 minutes. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made and we are very happy with our purchase.
