I chose to purchase a used car from the dealership with

I chose to purchase a used car from the dealership with Mustafa. He was knowledgeable and helped me decide on a car that would fit my budget. The people at the dealership were very nice and introduced themselves to me. Very happy with my purchase. Great work Mustafa. !

Went to see a pre-owned Lexus.

Went to see a pre-owned Lexus. The dealership was outstanding. My salesperson, Mustafa quickly understood my requirements and provided everything I needed. Drove 2 hours and the car did not disappoint. He was spot on with everything. Sales manager Jarred Grimsley was another professional. There were no games.. Roberto handled the finance department, again, like a pro! Very impressed with Volvo of Tucson

I received excellent and personable care from their salesperson, Peter Licavoli, even though I was purchasing a non Volvo used car off their lot. I have come in and also texted several times to ask questions and Peter has always been gracious and helpful. If I ever needed another car I would certainly go back

This dealer does not keep their promising.

This dealer does not keep their promising. I have been trying to purchase a used vehicle and was told that I needed to leave a deposit and that finance would call me. They didn’t so I called them. Too busy to talk. Sent my paper work in when they asked and the sales persons nor the finance got back to me that day so before the end of the day I called and talked to the sales manager and he said that finance would call me back the next day. The next day finance called and I had to call back. When I did he was too busy to talk to me. I call again because the finance persons didn’t call me back. So I called again and guess what they sold the car out from under me.

Horrible customer service and availability of

Horrible customer service and availability of appointments. Would not honor the 50,000 mile warranty because it was days past 5 years. We could not take in sooner due to lack of available appointments. We had already run the diagnostic code and they would not even give us a rough estimate for the repair without a $200 charge for them to rerun the codes and re-diagnose.

Came in for a regular oil change and left with a new (gently used) car! A big Thank you to Ronny for the full attention he gave me with no pressure to buy. He has a 'grade A' listening skillset and made everything happen to my complete satisfaction. Thanks again Ronny for making my car buying experience worth it!

One star is way too many.

One star is way too many. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We bought our XC60 there almost 7 years ago with a full bumper-to-bumper "Platinum" warranty. The car has had a coolant problem since Day One and they have NEVER, EVER fixed it to this second. The car has been in their shop at least a dozen times for the same thing but they fudge the paperwork to make it seem like different issues to cover their tracks. The slim ball Service Manager Paul Miner who has since left should have been fired years ago. He lied through his teeth to the GM Rick Saul right in front of me and I nearly went over the counter at him. We put in a Volvo Corporate complaint and the car still wasn't fixed. Thank God for Chad at Autohaus Revolve store on E. Glenn Street.

Seth Long is a stellar Sales Consultant.

Seth Long is a stellar Sales Consultant. He’s the best I’ve ever encountered in my ‘car buying life’ … He was knowledgeable, personable, confident about Volvo cars, and a fine negotiator, in my opinion. Volvo is fortunate to have him, and I feel fortunate to have been able to work with Seth!!! He went the extra mile to accommodate me with his time & expertise at sales. He was not overbearing, and listened to me and my concerns. Thank you Volvo of Tucson, for this interaction opportunity with Seth Long, Sales Consultant. Volvo is lucky to have him. I’d give him 6 stars ******
