I rarely write reviews, (positive or negative), but I had such a great experience with this dealership, a welcome contrast to previous experiences. From my First contact with Tyrone to the finished paperwork with Zane, the friendly exchanges with Jarred, and the warm welcomes from Myda, I was treated well and always felt at ease. Chad was great to work with. He was patient, listened to what I was looking for, and never tried to suggest anything that didn’t fit my preferences or my budget. The preowned car that I bought came with a Carfax report, as well as the dealership’s own inspection report~no surprises! This is a classy place~ the showroom, the waiting room, and, most importantly, the attitudes and efficiency of the people that work there. So glad I dropped in!!

While I tried everything I could to avoid this, I was no successful when talking with the sales rep who sold me the vehicle, or members of management who refused to hear what’s going on. Bottom line is I was lied to from the start when purchasing this Jeep out of state. I was told the tires weren’t the originals from 2021, that was a lie. They were the originals and they were all unevenly worn and never rotated. I found this out when I drove the vehicle for the first time after it was delivered to me and xxxx near crashed due to insane death wobble. I immediately brought it in to a tire shop for balancing and they were all way off on weights. Once that was complete I drove it again only to find out it didn’t solve the issue. The issue is this suspension parts are worn out on this Jeep. If it were “thoroughly checked out” by their award winning service department…they would see right away that it is need of many parts replaced. The bottom line is it was not properly checked out, they didn’t do what they said they would do, they lied about the condition it was in and they gave me an unsafe vehicle to drive. I have plenty of videos and evidence to share and plan to do so. This dealership should be ashamed of their deceptive practices. They had many opportunities to make it right. I text the sales person and when he made excuses and did nothing, I called and left a message for the owner. 3 months later, still nothing. Awful business.

After several weeks of detailed online research and visits to several dealers in Tucson and Phoenix, I recently bought a new Volvo XC60 from Volvo Cars of Tucson. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and I've bought a dozen cars over my lifetime. Matt and Marland my two expert salespeople were great to work with throughout the negotiation. There was no pressure but a lot of clear info on the vehicle and the options I could consider. The test drive experience was smooth. The written offers were clear and my questions were answered quickly. The dealership was clean and very pleasant...loved the snacks. Matt and Marland both understood and appreciated I knew my stuff and was not a novice buyer. There were no fast-talking sales. The follow up after the purchase has been very good, particularly the tech tutorial. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I love my new luxurious Volvo. Went to see a pre-owned Lexus. The dealership was outstanding. My salesperson, Mustafa quickly understood my requirements and provided everything I needed. Drove 2 hours and the car did not disappoint. He was spot on with everything. Sales manager Jarred Grimsley was another professional. There were no games.. Roberto handled the finance department, again, like a pro! Very impressed with Volvo of Tucson

I received excellent and personable care from their salesperson, Peter Licavoli, even though I was purchasing a non Volvo used car off their lot. I have come in and also texted several times to ask questions and Peter has always been gracious and helpful. If I ever needed another car I would certainly go back

This dealer does not keep their promising. I have been trying to purchase a used vehicle and was told that I needed to leave a deposit and that finance would call me. They didn’t so I called them. Too busy to talk. Sent my paper work in when they asked and the sales persons nor the finance got back to me that day so before the end of the day I called and talked to the sales manager and he said that finance would call me back the next day. The next day finance called and I had to call back. When I did he was too busy to talk to me. I call again because the finance persons didn’t call me back. So I called again and guess what they sold the car out from under me.

Horrible customer service and availability of
Horrible customer service and availability of appointments. Would not honor the 50,000 mile warranty because it was days past 5 years. We could not take in sooner due to lack of available appointments. We had already run the diagnostic code and they would not even give us a rough estimate for the repair without a $200 charge for them to rerun the codes and re-diagnose.
