Completely took advantage of me !

Completely took advantage of me !!! Would not send my worst enemy to buy a car here. The car I bought has been in the shop since I took it home. They could care less about their customers. Cars are pretty but they are junk!! Don’t do it! They know what they are selling. Shame on them!!

WORTHLESS WARRANTY!

WORTHLESS WARRANTY!!! I purchased a 2017 Elantra from this dealership and paid for an extended warranty. Less than 2 mos after purchase the car started overheating constantly. I took it to the dealership and was told I needed a new waterpump. My warranty covered the waterpump. The service was completed at the facility. Less than a week later the car was overheating again. I returned to the dealership and the car was serviced again. This time when I picked my car up they had me sign a document statingnif anything else happened with the waterpump that I would be responsible for the bill. As I had received a new waterpump I wasn't concerned. Fast forward 2 months later and my car is overheating again. I decided to have a different auto shop look at it. I was informed that I needed a new waterpump. I said that can't be as it had just been replaced. In the end I had to cough up $$$ for a new waterpump and car has run fine since. Both times I dropped my car off at Godspeed they had it for days at a time. I don't believe I received a new waterpump; at best I got a refurbished one. The service dept is always shorthanded and I now understand that they knew I would be back with another waterpump problem which explains the document I was given to sign. My mistake signing it. This establishment is not run properly. Apparently I was never valued as a customer. I don't recommend that anyone purchase their automobiles here. If you do, then have a 3rd party inspect before you buy!!

RUN FOR THE HILLS !

RUN FOR THE HILLS !! When you buy here it can be a very painful Experience!! Service department is a complete Mess ! Dont buy an expensive warranty, for if you actually try to use it theyll advise you to go pound sand !!! I would also advise anyone looking to buy here to have a 3rd party to check out the car completely before purchase!! And please look at alternate financial resources for financing!! They like to hit you coming and going here if you know what I mean!!

BUYER BEWARE- Horrendous Customer Service

BUYER BEWARE- Godspeed Motors Charlotte Beautiful cars, Horrendous Customer Service, Zero Customer Loyalty One would assume that after purchasing 15+ cars at a dealership they would thank you or even show you that they care about you and having your repeat business, NOT here! Anyone purchasing high end vehicles expects exceptional service, NOT here! Heck, we have never even received a simple thank you after ANY of our car purchases, not a note or a call, so very sad! Purchased 1 car from another dealership in December 2022, the very next day we received 2 emails thanking us for our business, one from the salesman and the other from the GM. As mentioned above, we have purchased 15+ cars from Godspeed. From the very first purchase we were told that they would have a service department to take care of you service needs, just not ready yet but coming. After several purchases/trades, we were continually told the service department is coming, not ready yet. We did have a couple cars repaired over the years THEN were told "we are short staffed, too busy, cannot service cars here", so very disappointing since we had been told of this inhouse service then it was basically taken away. The ability to have our cars serviced there was a major perk of purchasing there. Having a service department that was too busy and short staffed then changed to "oh, if you BUY the warranty, we will service your car here", so stupidly we purchased an extended warranty at about $5000! Yet again, when needing service, too busy we can’t service your car, too short staffed??!!?? Another HUGE disappointment, felt like a bold face lie to get the warranty sale! Wonder how much they made on that sale? I would advise ANYONE, before purchasing a vehicle at Godspeed, to take it to a third party for a COMPLETE inspection! What may look great from the outside isnt always what it appears. Took many years to finally figure out what the major malfunction of the business is, THE OWNER! I cannot even begin to tell you about the massive turnover from sale people, service people, to the General Managers- 4 GM's have come and gone over past 6 years. Not empowering any of his staff to make decisions that would impact the customer for the good OR for the good the company's name, ONLY looking out for the mighty dollar. If you expect exceptional service, this is NOT the place to buy! If you expect to be a valued customer, definitely NOT here! Loyalty simply DOES NOT MATTER to this business!

We had the experience, of buying our car from Godseep. Excellent atmosphere. Our ssle person Erik’s was so professional. The whole team. Was so trustworthy. Go there it is heaven on earth. Fir a car deal. Robert waters.

Awesome dealership, great inventory and finance

Awesome dealership, great inventory and finance department. Would not buy from anyone other than Joe Burke, he’s the world’s greatest used car salesman. I’ll be back for a Porsche in 359 days, but who’s counting…
