These people RIPPED OFF my Daughter!

This place is a classless organization including the lying and cheating finance guy. The car my daughter purchased has too many issues to list not to mention it was in 2 accidents and she wast told that there was none. This was her first purchase and this experience ruined her outlook on buying cars.

5* Customer Service and Experience

Big Thanks to Truck Town and their Miracle Worker Angela, she did what she said she would do and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to give us the best deal and the best vehicle for our needs and budget. This is a dealership like no other, the sales staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to give Mark the Finance Manager and a big thank you for personally calling the few Credit Unions to give us the best interest rate. Again there is no other dealership like this........ They fight for you to give you the best deal and the best rate.. You are the best and I will only send friends, family, and anyone in the market Angela. We bought a 1999 Chevy Suburban it had only 69,000 miles...

We bought a 1999 Chevy Suburban it had only 69,000 miles on it. Seemed like a great deal when we got there we noticed it had a leak. It ended up being the water pump which they were nice enough to replace. Not even owned it 6 months and we had to get the ball joints replaced on the front axle. Then the alternator went out on it a month later and now we just had to replace the intake manifold. We have spent more then a 1,000 dollars in repairs and now for some reason the locks don't work. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they cared about the vehicles they sold they would fix them before they sell them. Needless to say if anything else goes wrong we are getting rid of it and starting all over again. What happened to quality dealerships and customer service? This place obviously doesn't care for either. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

AMAZING car buying experience. Went to see them on a car...

AMAZING car buying experience. Went to see them on a car that I saw online. Unfortunately it sold right before I drove into the dealership. Here's the best part, the next day I got a call from the sales person telling me the manager found the same car that I wated to buy the day before. It had less miles and more equippment and they sold it to me for the same price as the one I just missed. I am still shocked and amazed on the great customer service. How did they know that I REALLY HATE CAR SHOPPING??? They did the hard work and saved me from talking to a bunch of sharks at other dealers.

The business could have made my experience better by...

The business could have made my experience better by having better customer service. The car sales representative selling the car was curteous, but it was his SALES MANAGER who was rude. I expressed a desire to buy the car. I got a loan through my own financial institution. I set up an appointment for the sale because I was approved for my loan. The day of the appointment, I called and stated that I was on my way. The sales representative, some how failed to mention to me that the car had already been sold a few hours earlier. I showed up with my check in my hand and left with a check in my hand. Talk about feeling like a second rate customer thanks a bunch Truck Town. -Leo
