I was told DEAL 3 (three) times for a used car on the phone. Double checked and confirmed it was a deal after being put on hold for a bit. First thing I am told in person is NO DEAL. They insisted it was a miscommunication, but I was told DEAL at least 3 times over the phone. Probably would have taken their offer if they had owned up to it. Very disappointed.

As soon as I walked in Ray was there to greet me and quickly began to assist me with getting into my new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle while test driving, he answered all of my questions making sure that I understood exactly what I was signing and what I was looking to pay, in the end I drove off the lot in the vehicle that I wanted and I can’t thank Ray enough!

Buyer beware! I purchased a 2008 Pacifica on 5/1/18. A week later the car needed to be towed because it broke down. The ignition switch was broken and left me stranded. $700 later I am dealing with no car because part needed to be specially ordered. In addition, the air conditioner broke. Definitely bring a mechanic before you purchase from this place or go elsewhere. Buyer beware!

We were looking out for a used car. We met Kelvin who helped us around with different cars. Kelvin was patient and helpful throughout the day to help us finalize on a car. It was unfortunate that even though we narrowed down 2 cars, we could not get those within our defined budget. However, the entire process and the staff remained friendly, in fact, Kelvin stretched beyond his working hours to help us decide. Even, when we informed him that we are not closing the deal, he remained friendly, which is a true character of a person. Thanks !
