Sergio has been the only person in the valley I’ve spoken to in over 2 years that could find a solution with my trade in. He worked tirelessly for a solution that would work for me and definitely over delivered what I thought was possible! I recently bought an Audi Q8 etron from Audi Henderson. This was my first electric vehicle and Roy was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for, or if it would even be electric. I just knew I preferred another Audi. Roy was instrumental in helping narrow things down to a few choice options for me until we landed on exactly what I wanted and needed. Audi service was key to pushing me towards another Audi and Roy did not disappoint. He will be my first stop next time I need a vehicle!

Roy and the team really went above and beyond helping me get my new RSQ8, from ordering to taking delivery they really nailed it. Roy kept me up to date with the progress of the build and shipping the whole time, and when taking delivery - the technology expert walked me through all of the features and gizmos, while finance worked their a** off for approval 😅. Adding complete protection was a no-brainer as well.
