The worse experience ever. First of all everything is done by the owner Jason. The most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. The moent I walked into the dealership and met jason it seemed he had something to hide. I can't image what would happen if I ever bought a car here. If you do end up here please do you homework and do carfaxes on his vechiles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

I checked out one of Jasons new arrivals and came back next day for test drive. It was 1230, during his normal business hours and he wasnt around. I was told by his father hed be back shortly. 30 minutes later he told his father to just take my number because apparently he didnt have time for a customer at the moment. During this time his father also raved about how the vehicle I was looking at "drove sooo nice." This was not the case when I drove it the next day. The vehicle had several very apparent problems. Jason promised to fix them in the next day or two. I called 2 days later and he basically told me he was really busy, basically didnt have time for me and would call me when it was ready the next day. After a week of "itll be ready tomorrow" he supposedly had everything fixed....except for one MAJOR (motor or tranny) issue that he had given up on fixing and I was supposed to just accept because it came with a 6mo/7500mi guardian warranty, which I do NOT really trust. At this point it'd been a week without a vehicle because jason kept leading me on and not delivering on promises. I found and happily purchased another vehicle ELSEWHERE two days later.

Since visiting about a dozen dealerships trying not to get ripped off, I walked into TITAN Auto Sales defensively. That was one of the best decisions I made. I pretty much told Jason what I wanted. He counter offered me by telling me I was short selling myself on my trade in. After a little research with him, He GAVE ME MORE FOR MY TRADE IN THAN I ASKED FOR !!!!! I have never been dealt with so fairly and honestly by a car dealer. Thank You !!!!!!!

I have bought a few cars from Titan Auto. The owner Jason is a standup business man who delivers on what he promises. Great vehicles for good prices. Recently due to hard times I needed to buy a more cost effective vehicle. Jason stepped up to the plate again & was able to link me up with a low mileage Honda Civic, he EVEN stood behind the vehicle making significant repairs after the state warranty ran out. He is not just some fool trying to push used cars out of a side parking lot, he has a up to date facility with machinery to match and leave you with a well running automobile. I don't just recumbent Titan Auto/ Jason, I urge you to give them a chance at your business if you are in the used car market!

I visited Titan Auto because of all the 5 star reviews, and this is another one. Jason was excellent throughout the buying process. He had a great selection at great prices and my honda civic runs like new. I would recommend Titan Auto to anyone looking to buy a car.

By chance, I clicked on Titan Auto when doing a search on the computer and I am SO thankful! Jason was amazing! It was by far the best car shopping experience I have had in my whole 12 years of driving. Jason agreed to come in and meet with us on Sunday due to us living an hour away from Albany. AND he just happened to have the perfect vehicle for me. The whole process was so quick and easy! Not what I was used to at all when shopping for new vehicles. He wasn't pushy or overbearing like most car salesman can be. He was open and honest about the vehicle. Jason is very knowledgable in general about the whole business. I absolutely LOVE my new honda pilot. I am SO thankful that I just happened upon Titan Auto. I would definitely recommend Jason to ANYONE buying a vehicle.

I came to ALbany to buy a scooter in december 2013. I was concerned about a lot of things (the buying process, the paperwork, etc...) and I have to say that Jason made everything easy! First, we have been in touch for several months via phone/emails. ALso, he came to pick me up at the bus station, prepared the paperwork, called the insurance for me, took me to the DMV and sold me an amazing scooter for a great price! I could have never imagined that. I am sure he helped me that much because he saw i was lost and because we had a great feeling. I recommend Titan auto sales 100%!!!!!!
