Last resort trash place

Glen Rush

I spoke with Glen Rush, he told me too come in, once I got there he greeted me at the door with a hand shake. Customer Service was great. Mr. Rush was very professional, this process took about 2 hours I told him what I wanted he made it happen. I refer anyone to Georgia Auto ask for Glen Rush. Tell him Pamela Epps sent you.

Don’t do it!!!

I have a commitment to pay this car and I will do whatever I can to do so since it’s in my name. But I will use my freedom of speech to warn anyone from dealing with this dealer. Please. I say this with tears, running down my cheeks. Stay clear and go the other way. Please. Not customer service friendly. Don’t lose your job. Even with communication, they will not work with you. Stick to a larger dealer, God forbid you have a financial hardship, this dealer doesn’t care. I understand it’s a business but they rather you rob Peter to pay Paul then listen to your sob story. I finally found a good job after losing my other one.I start Monday and asking for an extension on a 36 day late payment... offering to make partial and they will not budge! Over the last months I’ve done everything legally to stay above water with all my bills. I’m surprised I was able to keep it together. Late is late won’t argue that but there’s been no cooperation other than pay or we take your car.

Run Away

I wouldn't recommend this car lot to anybody that is looking for a vehicle long term. I bought a vehicle from them and 3 months later the transmission went out... The mechanic that they have their warranty through informed me that they get vehicles from this car lot everyday for the same issue. They are nothing but scam artists to get ur money.....

Don’t waste ur time

Please I beg you please do not buy a car here. Do not waste your precious time. The salesmen are very rude and will say and do anything to put you in a car. A car they know they wouldn’t drive personally. I purchased a Nissan Altima 2013 and in less than a week I start hearing noises under the car as well as the brakes were making noises when I. Pressed on them. They scheduled me to come in to look at the car on a Thursday but on the way home Wednesday night my car gave out on me on the highway. My car stopped accelerating as I was driving. I had to get the car towed. I came in to get my money back and they didn’t want to do that. They put me in a new car a 2009 Toyota Camry. A downgrade from a 2013 that I put 2200 down on. As I was signing papers the manager Ali was very rude and tried to cancel the deal because a possible client asked me what happened to my previous car. He told me the deal was off and take him to court. The contract is a piece of xxxx with a xxxxxxxx xxx warranty. You have a 50/50 warranty and it doesn’t even cover some of the most important things. I’m upset and very disappointed. I feel played. They are very rude and they don’t care.

complete loss in three days.

Got a BMW 328I and after 3 days it wont cut on. No lights nothing cars dead and its not the battery.
