I went car shopping over the weekend at Parks Ford of

I went car shopping over the weekend at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. My spouse and I was greeted by the nicest young salesman. His name is Bilal Abudayeh, he spoke to us in depth about what we were looking for in a automotive need. He carefully listened to all of our concerns, needs and wants. He literally addressed them all and allowed us to view vehicles that they had of other auto manufacturers that was traded in that I thought I wanted. I gave him a list of vehicles I was interested in but I also let it be known that I am a loyal Ford customer. I've owned a Bronco, Explorer, & Expedition in past. Bilal obliged my desire to try other vehicles from the lot but he stayed true to in recognizing our love of Ford vehicles. At the end of the day Bilal heard our needs and found us the vehicle that was a fit for my Family and yes it was a Ford 🥰. We purchased a Ford Explorer XLT that had enough room for us and the grandkids. Now we can travel in 1 vehicle rather than 2. Bilal was a delight to work with and his like-abilty and warmth is very welcoming!I urge you to seek out Bill if looking for a New or used car at Parks of Wesley Chapel. You will be very happy you did. He seriously is one of the kindest people you meet and a man of his word. Trust Bilal he will do right by you and he offers 5 star service. ! Did I say, we LOVE our new vehicle 😍😍😍! ~The Jordan's

I bought a new ford and came from out of state. Joe Alejandres, my salesman, was very helpful with the non traditional process and even after the sale was final took extra time to ensure I understood all the features on my vehicle.
