Made appointment for camera recall. Made arrangements for truck to be brought there and a loaner was requested. Upon dropping truck off on scheduled time, NO vehicle was made available so a second appointment was needed to complete the repair. Unacceptable due to me specifically asking one be available for Deb to use while repair made. Two trips to dealer when one was all that should have been needed.

Service dept was very busy. I had to wait quite a while beyond my scheduled time. The service dept seemed quite unorganized as I ended up dealing with different people.

Great dealership
Bought a brand new Ford pick up truck from this dealer, salesman was great, Was very informative, dealership was clean, lots of cars and trucks to pick from, great information on all vehicles and buying options, gave me a fair deal on my trade in, salesman took the time after the sale to make sure I was comfortable with the bells and whistles, connected my phone to the system and a full tank to go, I will be buying my next vehicle from them for sure

The best dealership in Northern Michigan. Excellent sales , and service. The staff is great. I have a Ram 1500 that I bought from them last year. They do any service work I need. They have been honest and upfront about any issues we have had.

Quick Maintenance
They were on time for oil change and "the works" which they performed in a timely manner. Waiting room was clean. Most of wait time there was enough room to practice social distancing in waiting room

2014 Ford Escape
Nice vehicle, good price - easy sales process. Salesman and office staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Used car manager was a jerk, after pointing out an obvious problem before the sale - instead of having a mechanic look at it briefly - he chose to argue.
