If this vehicle would have been at another dealer I would have walked out of Mills. They could care less if they sold the vehicle or not. Had to walk in and search out for someone to show us a vehicle. Then after we started talking to make the deal it took them an hour to offer us anything. When they "cleaned" the vehicle for us to take at the end it looked like the took 5 seconds with some wet wipes on the inside of it. No floor mats in the vehicle and did not even offer any of the paper ones for the inside. I do not recommend Mills in Willmar at all.

Wasted my time.
I drove to Willmar to test drive a car here back may.Went good and was ready to buy but as we pulled back into dealership the CEL lit up.Car was taken inside to see what triggered the light after I informed salesman I don't but vehicles with CEL on.After being left out of conversation about the issue I left.

Wowed by Mills in Willmar MN!
Wowed by Willmar and Mills! We flew in from southern Illinois to purchase a low mileage Jeep. During the entire process we thought this must be too good to be true, our mantra was “so far so good” with every phone conversation and text. Tom had an initial conversation with us and then Alroy took the reigns as our main contact. He was wonderful all the way. The dealership held the car for us two weeks, and when we arrived - after a beautiful drive from Minneapolis - we were in and out and completed the purchase in less than an hour. Scott handled the actual transaction and was great. Organized and ready to go. They even gave us some Mills swag and clapped us out with their appreciation. The dealership is warm and inviting and our new blue Jeep Wrangler Sport is perfect! Also detailed beautifully as a used vehicle - which is not the norm these days!

Great service on the Ford side!
Great service on the Ford side! They took care of me and it took a lot less time than i expected to buy the car! I love my new car. Alroy has taken care of my mom, brother, sister, and now he sold me my car! We all love the service we recurve when we come in for service because he comes to take care of us and make sure everything is still going well.

Got an appointment quickly for oil change and tire rotation. Took only 45 minutes. Matthew was my service advisor and he was excellent.

Sales and car great But Service sucks Two different
Sales and car great But Service sucks Two different appts gas is expensive !!! for oil change and filter Montevideo to Willmar. Then reschedule. No call to tell us don’t come we don’t have what we need for your car First time no filter. This is not acceptable !! 2nd time no oil at store they had to drive across town to get our oil. said it would take hours it did. We had to keep great grand daughter occupied for hours. Food at restaurants cost additional money 9 am appt and returned home finally at 2:40pm Lonnie had a doctor appt at 4pm here in Montevideo. It was a bad day We’re done!!
