Disappointed with my experience.

Disappointed with my experience. Even after asking, I was not kept informed of my vehicle’s progress in your shop. I was told parts were ordered but somehow the order got cancelled? How does that happen? What I know is this: my vehicle went in for an oil change and a week later I still did not have my vehicle back. There were some good things about your service. Arranging to have my vehicle picked up was convenient, especially for us “ winter Texans” who only have one vehicle. Also, after 2 or 3 days we were given a loaner vehicle, which was good. I’m not trying to trash your business but I think keeping your customers informed about their repair service is just a common decency. I don’t expect special treatment but not knowing when your vehicle will be returned to you is not too much to ask. We stayed close to our phones for several days hoping to hear something and we texted you but got no replies. Naturally we finally ran out of patience.

I had my Ford Bronco Sport serviced and was pleased with the experience. There was a short wait for parts, but the repair was completed promptly once they arrived. Communication was excellent, and I was kept updated on the valet service and timing. The vehicle malfunction was fully repaired.
