Spent 40 thousand dollars on a 2021 no spare tire no jack

Spent 40 thousand dollars on a 2021 no spare tire no jack when I did get one after 4 trips at 80 miles jack just thrown in back seat missing brackets to even install when I bring it up I get attitude. NOT HAPPY and I have bought 2 vehicles and they don't care
