Great service!

Great service! Valerie took care of us quickly! My wife’s truck had a problem and Valerie got the parts ordered quickly getting our truck out in 2 days! Will definitely recommend Tipton Ford ! Valerie is a great asset to the establishment ☺️

Me and my daughter went there to get her a car in this

Me and my daughter went there to get her a car in this place it was her first car. They sold a SUV 2017 Hyundai Tucson they promised things that didn’t do. It hasn’t been a month and the brakes went out they changed the front ones not that back . Cesar the sales person told us they were going to replace the brake rotors not cut down the rotors. He said he was going to order the door handle buttons to unlock the car that hasn’t happened. I spoke to Britney 4 days ago hasn’t returned my phone call. This is the 3rd car I get there. I would not go back there again at all. Communication is very bad in this place! They say they fully inspect all trade in vehicles I don’t think they do at all! I left a message for Chris also hasn’t returned my call they just care about making a sale that’s why they promise things and after that don’t expect to follow up on them. We are supposed to go back in 9 months for a newer vehicle definitely not going back there!! Stay away from the use car lot department!
