Used Ram

Used truck

My wife and I stopped in this past weekend to look at a used Ram which we both loved. We decided to buy the truck and the process couldn't have been more pleasant. Scott Wolf went above and beyond to put us at ease with the transaction and to get us the best rates possible. The finance and sales manager were equally impressive to deal with. We will keep coming back. Thanks Apple Ford and Especially Scott for being so patient with us.

Not good

We bought a 2012 Ford Taurus in December of 2014 with a Ford Motor Warrant,y, we have been getting it serviced at their Quip lube center (Good service) but when the front tire stared pulsating when the brakes were applied, We had it check out on 4 occasions with a cost of $100 each time.with no good results We have now learned to ignore and accepted this problem .Recently we had a problem with the back up mirror camera, not functioning at times, It was diagnose to have a short in the harness in the rear section, The Technician spent a couple hours to locate this problem, Good job. But when we tried to get an inspection sticker it failed, due to the tires rotting? The tires are 4 years old with 52 thousand miles on then.and were certified when it was bought and had 48 thousand miles on them, This was the last straw, Will NEVER returned to this Dealership again! PS I had the car inspected at a different location and it passed with no problems. JCD.

Annual service

Everything that I expected and more. We always have a great reception when we have our Ford fusion serviced. They look it over with a fine tooth comb.
